[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Glenmoor Hybrid mattress by Serta is very comfortable and well constructed the padding and support goes right to the side of the bed. I have tried other beds and they seem weak on the sides when you sit on the bed. It took a little over a week to get use to the change of beds. The change was well worth it. The bed has a pillow top but not one of those that you sink inches into the bed and feels like you cant move. The mattress has a great mixture of softness and support. I didn't notice when my husband was getting in and out of bed like our other bed. We are considering getting another Glenmoor for another bedroom in the house. I highly recommend this bed. The company they deal with for delivery was wonderful, I received the White Glove delivery, free setup and delivery they also will remove your old mattress from the house.

There had to be a batch of these mattresses with serious design flaws sold through Sam's Club! I purchased this for my son and it formed a crater in the middle almost immediately! 8 months later, there is no padding left in the middle area. I have purchased Serta mattresses in the past and have never had this problem. These .mattresses should be recalled. Too many people who purchased this model in the last year have all had the same complaints! That isn't a coincidence! I wish I had read the reviews before buying this mattress!!!

Super comfortable

The bed is a good combination of support and pillow top. I like soft, my wife likes firm. It seems to be right in the middle. Pillow to conform; Firm underneath to support. The only Con for us was that the gel cooling is not as effective as we had hoped. Maybe it's the higher humidity in Fort Lauderdale, FL. However, overall, a good value from Sam's club.

Just got our mattress a week a go and I'm more than satisfy with my purchase. I like that it sits higher because my husband is 6'5. It's plenty of space for the both of us to stretch out and his feet don't hang off the bed! The mattress is nice and firm but yet soft and comfy. Since our purchase, my husband and I have enjoyed the feeling of a good night sleep!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First this mattress is pretty..,I know that sounds strange to describe a mattress, but it is really nicely made. It is THICK! We now joke that we have a princess in the pea bed, I love it. As for comfort it has everything you would want in a mattress. The pillow top has the nice softness and the. It is firm under that. It's a perfect blend for my husband and I. I do prefer a softer mattress, but overall this is a great combo for us. We don't feel each other moving on the mattress which is nice. It also stays cool I like that. Overall I really like this mattress I hope it holds up,as well over many more nights.

We had this mattress now for a year and half so it's been some time. This mattress is the same as the day we bought it, some people mention sink holes, luckily we don't have that issue. We got rid of a very soft mattress that hurt my back for a while. This matters took away my back pain and I absolutely love it. It is medium on firmness I would say. I cannot handle very firm mattresses and of course too soft is also a back killer. This mattress is def in between and it's super comfy. We are very happy be bought it. Great price too!

I have tried to give this mattress the benefit of doubt and at this point the only thing I'm sure of is that this mattress is NOT for me! I wake up in so much pain from lack of support, my body print is still there when I get up .The old mattress was more comfortable. .A complete disappointment!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Glenmoor is an amazing hybrid mattress. Just the right amount of support and still soft enough to be comfy. I suffer from scoliosis and no longer wake up with my back hurting. I don't feel my husband move or get out of bed in the middle of the night, which is so nice because I'm not woken up as much anymore. This mattress also has great temperature control as well. I used to get so hot with our old mattress. Now we are both cooler and much more comfortable at night. We would definitely recommend this mattress to anyone!

The mattress felt really nice, a little firm to start then it softened up after I guess a couple of months. At about a year my husband and I were both complaining that we were sleeping in like a valley or gutter. The sides were up higher. We went to Sams and told them the issue and ended up getting a full refund. So for the quality it isn't that great since it sank in too soon, but the warranty was good.
