Well it was time to get a new mattress and going with the Glenmoor luxury hybrid was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Lots of support, firm yet still very incredibly comfortable. I absolutely love Serta mattresses. I'm sad to see my Serta Perfect Sleeper Knollcrest Super Plush Pillow Top leave but it was time. Here's to another 7 years with Serta, cheers!

I bought this mattress even after the reviews because I went into the store to try it. The one in the store was soft and it seemed like a great deal. I picked the mattress up yesterday and it is not like the one I tried in the store. This mattress is very very firm. If you want plush, this is not the mattress to purchase. Very disappointed.

Bought two of these for our adjustable King base. We were excited when they arrived after waiting a long time. Once we took the plastic off you can see the poor stitching on the mattress, fabric not properly tucked in before being stitched, and the stitching around the side of the mattress was unraveling causing the sides to bulk out. DO NOT BUY.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't say enough about this great mattress. For the first time I don't have to wiggle around to find the "comfy" spot on my bed. From the minute I lay day I am comfortable and relaxed. I truly am amazed at how good I feel when i wake up and am ready to start my day after getting a great nights' sleep. I am no longer waking up in the middle of the night 5 times to move, turn and flip to try and get comfortable again. I wear my fitness band at night to track sleeping patterns and the quality of my sleep has increased by 57% !! I like how you have the option to buy a 5" or 9" box spring - with me being tall for a female I am finally able to have that "JUMP" into bed feeling !! Although, I am saving for the adjustable bed frame because that will just be the icing on the cake !! It was very easy setting up as there are straps you can use on the side to pull - my old mattress didn't have that so it just got thrown down the stairs … WHOOPS !! I am so glad that I splurged (yes good things cost money - but remember you get what you pay for) as this has been a great investment in my health … and my sanity !!! I would recommend this mattress to everyone - it feels amazing getting a good nights sleep !!! Thank you !!!

Just got our mattress a week a go and I'm more than satisfy with my purchase. I like that it sits higher because my husband is 6'5. It's plenty of space for the both of us to stretch out and his feet don't hang off the bed! The mattress is nice and firm but yet soft and comfy. Since our purchase, my husband and I have enjoyed the feeling of a good night sleep!

I have been searching for the right mattress that's affordable at less than $500. This mattress replaced a 10+ year mattress at our guest bedroom so I'm not thrilled with spending a lot of money since it will not be used in our bedroom. Surprisingly, it's very comfortable! I know it says “luxury pillow top firm” but it's really not that firm. Unlike other reviews I don't find it firm as a rock. It's in between plush but comfortable at the same time. But definitely not firm. This mattress is more on the plush side. I took a gamble and bought this online to be picked up in store without even checking it out in the store. I just based my buying impulse on the reviews left online.

The mattress is firm yet comfy and it was easy to fall asleep. I usually toss and turn and wake up multiple times throughout the night. With this bed that is not a problem. I fall asleep fast and stay asleep. This mattress is the best purchase we have made in a while!
