I only gave this a 1 because I couldn't give it less than that. We tried this in store and it was soft. However, the mattress that was delivered to us is rock hard. It is difficult to sleep and leaves pressure points. Buying this mattress was a terrible mistake.

This mattress might as well be labeled as disposable. It's great for a few months, then it will begin to sag where you lay. I'm a small woman so there's absolutely no excuse for the mattress to be sagging so quickly. I've had to exchange the mattress twice, the third one is doing the exact same thing. It was a pain exchanging, they make it as unpleasant as possible. Waste of money!

Bought this mattress end of November. There is a huge indent on my side of the mattress. My other half day for a medium mattress this is the firmed rock hard mattress ever. I would not recommend this to anyone unless your looking for a firm mattress. Also if your over 200 pounds I don't recommend as this mattress looks like it's 10 years old with the dip on my side.

I've only been sleeping on the Glenmoor Hybrid for a couple weeks but it is must better than our previous mattress. It provides support without being too firm. I am sleeping better and I think my back issues are slowly improving. I would recommend this mattress. I was affordable as well.

I have had this mattress for a year thinking it would get softer. It is the hardest mattress I have ever owned! The first night I slept on it it left an indentation where I laid. I do not recommend this mattress if you are looking for a nice soft bed. It's horrible.

I have been reluctant about buying a new mattress for several years because of my old mattress being sooooo comfortable. I knew I needed a new bed for 2 reasons......I needed it to be longer and I have grand babies who sleep with me when they stay over night. So.... I finally decided to purchase one and found the perfect one. And it is very comfortable. I sleep as well as I always have, maybe even better since my toes are no longer crunched. Thank you....

I have problems with this mattress I only have 2 months of use and already one side of the mattress is sunk and every morning I wake up with back pain thing that with the other old mattress did not happen .. now I have to make a claim for a mattress that It's new .... maybe this mattress coming with coming of fabric .. thanks

Bought this mattress couple weeks ago for guest room. Looks very comfy but sits so high on 9" box spring. Club did not have a Serta "low profile" box spring. Afraid may be unsafe for young children or elderly to sleep on. Not sure what to do; may have to return if I can.

We had a high end Gel bed. After five years of a fifteen year it got "spongy". The warranty perimeters did not allow it to be replaced. We purchased the Serta Hybrid and believe we got the best of both. Our mattress is firm and supportive; yet very comfortable. We are in our "60's". Our back are very appreciative of this purchase.

I like the bed, but I would not recommend purchasing this online. It was an absolutely horrible buying experience. I am truly disappointed in Sam's Club as I would have expected so much better. I recommend the product, but I would purchase it in store vs online.
