This mattress hurt my knee so bad. You feel it is full of ground textiles not foam. Doesn't give you any support or bounce feeling whatsoever. If you are 300+ pounds stay away from this mattress. The only good thing that Sam's gave me a full refund with no question asked. I am going to get an innerspring hybrid mattress today.

Just got this home. Obviously, great price with the current $125 instant savings. This is our 3rd Serta; 2 from Sam's. Beware of: "Note: Sizes, heights and weights are approximate." listed in the description. Our "King" measures 12" height; 74" width; 78" length. Sure was looking forward to standard 76"x80". Suppose I don't have to worry about king sheets not fitting; there is 2" of extra fitted sheet fabric. Thankfully we are fit, average height adults so giving up the 2" width and length for the "instant savings" offer balances things out. I'll give it a couple months before I comment on the comfort. Initial impression: it is more comfortable than our previous Serta which was a FIRM with no pillow top.

I've only been sleeping on the Glenmoor Hybrid for a couple weeks but it is must better than our previous mattress. It provides support without being too firm. I am sleeping better and I think my back issues are slowly improving. I would recommend this mattress. I was affordable as well.

I bought this mattress less then a week ago. I was in SO much pain every morning I would wake up earlier then I usually do, sometimes even 2 am, and then every hour after that in extreme lower back and sciatica pain. So, I decided enough was enough and I went to my local sams and bought this mattress. They didnt have hardly any choices and the choices they did have, were all FIRM.. and nothing BUT FIRM, very disappointed. But I decided to try out each and every mattress they had on the floor for show and example. This one that i purchased, after getting it home was a LOT more firm then what was in the store. The store one felt PERFECT and I thought, I am going to spend the extra money, get a better mattress so I know I will be happy. So I did. Got it home and wow, it was like sleeping on the ground. It is DEFINITELY a VERY firm mattress. If you dont want firm, do not get this mattress. It will be WAYYYY too much of a pain, to take it back off my bed, back down 2 flights of steps and into my husband truck and back to sams to return it, so I am hoping after a month or so, it will get a bit softer. We still have the one we took off our bed, I may end up going back to that one after a few chiroproactor visits. I Have never had a brand new mattress, so this was something special for me to be able to purchase one.. too bad it let me down. Its definitely luxury, but hard. :-(

We purchased this about 5 months ago and finally decided it had to go back. This sagged so bad on both sides you can hardly get out of bed and don't even consider trying to roll to the middle. Purchased online and had it delivered now we have to figure out how to return it. Not a happy customer. Last Serta lasted 12 years.

I loved this mattress set when I first got it. Delivery was quick and professional. They even took my old mattress set when they left. The issues started about 2 weeks later when I noticed my mattress sagging in the middle. On further inspection the box spring broke from regular use and caused the mattress to sag. I had to get a replacement set. I also had to get a base that has slats to better support the bed since I don't want to run into the same issue again. The mattress is what I was looking for just disappointed that the box wasn't/isn't better constructed.

After receiving the mattress and box spring, we slept on it for a week and decided that this mattress was too firm for us. (We were use to an expensive pillow top mattress that we had for about 16 years) We decided to get a pillow top Memory Foam mattress topper which made this perfect. We did get the low profile box spring so the bed is not too high with the 4" topper. Delivery people were a little earlier than window of time & were very quick to get our old mattress and box spring out & the new ones in. Overall I recommend this mattress and low profile box spring but if you don't like firm, you might want a mattress topper. Still a very good price either way.

Online pricing was confusing and showed different prices for the same product. The one day sale price was more than the regular price. Took some time and effort to get that straightened out. The white glove delivery and set up was excellent. Happy with the product.

I absolutely LOVE this mattress. I have an extremely bad back, and this provides the comfortable support I need. I rest ugh better, and my pain has lessened, ..I encourage you to buy. You won't be diisapointed.I'd give it a ten if that were an option!

Honestly, quite possibly the worst mattress we have ever purchased. Its sagging on his side and mine. The high density foam underneath is also sagging to the point where there is no structure left to it. I'm calling the store tomorrow to return. Total waste of 800.
