I have had this mattress for a year thinking it would get softer. It is the hardest mattress I have ever owned! The first night I slept on it it left an indentation where I laid. I do not recommend this mattress if you are looking for a nice soft bed. It's horrible.

We bought this mattress in October of 2017. We loved it when it was new. It was firm but not too firm. However, after about four months the mattress started sagging showing body imprints. I'm very sad. I called Sam's club and with no argument they are sending the truck to pick it up. As soon as it is on the truck they will issue my refund. Kudos to Sam's club. Now I just have to decide which mattress to buy now!

I like the bed, but I would not recommend purchasing this online. It was an absolutely horrible buying experience. I am truly disappointed in Sam's Club as I would have expected so much better. I recommend the product, but I would purchase it in store vs online.

Bought this mattress in California King size First thing was the package did not stated the mattress size the only way to know it was a California King was measuring the mattress So it looks like a returned from other customer and after una week of use the top white with the fasten circles start loosing up and making bulky the top of the mattress (it may be like this since the beginning but I did not pay attention) So I'm ver dissatisfied with this big purchase and don't trust Serta again. I had difficulty sleeping on previous mattress which was over 10 years old. I had no idea a new mattress would make such a difference. Read several online reviews and Serta kept coming up. I chose Glenmoor Perfect Sleeper after laying on several models and pleased to say after first night sleeping problems are GONE! Feel like I'm sleeping on a cloud and would definitely recommend!

We bought this mattress a year ago and there's already massive dips in the bed. You lay in a pit all night and have to roll up a hill just to turn. Horrible mattress if you have back pain, no support. When you look at the mattress you can see the dips.

People don't listen to the negative people on the comments,My wife and I Bought this mattress and let me tell you it is the best mattress we ever had! I have back problems and I couldn't sleep face down on my other mattress and I sure can on this one! I will definitely buy it again and I would recommend anyone to get this bed it's worth every dollar.

Bought this mattress end of November. There is a huge indent on my side of the mattress. My other half day for a medium mattress this is the firmed rock hard mattress ever. I would not recommend this to anyone unless your looking for a firm mattress. Also if your over 200 pounds I don't recommend as this mattress looks like it's 10 years old with the dip on my side.

I took the time ( a few weeks to decide what bed I want in my home) after going to sams club after work 2 weeks straight to try beds I finally made my choice tonight I have bought my bed and I'm exited to put some tea and cool the room at 67 Degrees with some lavender on the sign sent and sleep good tonight !

I waited to review this mattress, so I could get a true rating. It has been 8 months now sleeping on it. I bought it because it was described as FIRM. We are not overly heavy people.(under 200) The area where our bottoms go, is sunk in completely, and doesn't expand up anymore. I wake up with my back hurting because my body is being twisted just laying on bed. So, 8 months later and I am searching for a mattress topper so I can sleep without back hurting in the morning.
