I bought this mattress 4 months ago and after 3 months I noticed a dish shape forming on both sides of the mattress with a hump in the middle. It is getting deeper each night and now it is like sleeping in a hammock. I am 6 ft 200 lbs. I am trying to decide whether to ask for a replacement or try a different model.

We wanted more support compared to our current pillowtop and at first when you lay on it feels soft yet firm but the longer you lay on it the firmer it feels and uncomfortable. When you wake up your stiff and feels like you have been sleeping on the ground. Some people like harder beds but we do not.

We had a high end Gel bed. After five years of a fifteen year it got "spongy". The warranty perimeters did not allow it to be replaced. We purchased the Serta Hybrid and believe we got the best of both. Our mattress is firm and supportive; yet very comfortable. We are in our "60's". Our back are very appreciative of this purchase.
