this unit arrived on time and very well packed. The directions were and still are a little vague when it comes to programming. After the install on the peak of one of my gable ends and rebooting the receiver, it started registering. So far, I am relying on it for accuracy as the local weather station reports are in line with this unit.

I am disabled I got it put up yesterday seems to work good setting the rain gage was fun it say let the water drip through over about 20 minutes to set it that a real slow rain this is Oklahoma it rains in buckets most of the time I was wondering if it was going to keep up

Get this station for everything but the lightning detector. It is triggered by anything turning on in the house, especially LED lights. The record keeping is a great idea and neat to have. It is a little hard to read from beyond 3-4 feet. Worth the price.

Junk, poorly designed. Inaccurate readings.

It was delivered on time and was easy to mount out side and the info was same as the weather station on TV only problem I had was to program the thing as the instructions for me were a bit on the vague side for me it took awhile but I got it done and it is doing just what I bought it for.

This is the 2nd one I've purchased for a gift. Love it! Tells me rain, wind, temp etc. Only 4 stars for the occasional loss of connectivity - which might not be device's fault. Put in batteties even if plugged in - if electricity goes out = data loss. Love rain totals today, for the month, lots of awesome data! Fun to take a picture of screen and share during a storm.

Instructions clear and easy to follow. Product now installed and is measuring and reporting weather data at my home. Have not taken time to calibrate as described in procedures. OOB operation so far appears to be right on track. Use to see outside information while in the home. Know how to dress before I go out! Also, get to see actual measurements when conditions change or unusual winds / rain hit. 4 rating - Lightning detector, still working to find best locations, finding the monitor beeps with turning off certain appliances....

Our old weather station, which served us faithfully for many years, is in comparison to this one a bit on the flimsy side. No offence to the old one but this new one seems built a bit sturdier. The display screen is much larger, easier to read, has more information on it and has its own stand. So far the readings have been accurite. We are off to a great start with no missgivings of our purchase. The set up was easy as it was positioned on the site of the previous system. The componets were all preasembled, it was just a matter of activating them. So far so good, praying now that it stays this way!
