[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this last month and I am very happy with the freezer. When you open the door you are able to find items quickly with the shelfs and drawers, don't have to move items out of the way to find what you are looking for.

but this time i was completely disappointed when i bought it and installed. i felt it while reverse the direction a freezer door... i wonder how they used only cheap materials like this. another problem is that i bought two...two... i know very well that plastic materials and machine assembly. it's job related. i was surprised that i had to make new thread in the plastic. it's plastic, so it gets loose easily. one more thing, i would like to samsung give the customer an option to choose left and right before purchasing. it's such a cheap product.. i was really shocked. well, i'm not rich, so i'll have to use the cheap one like this. no choice. if i win the lottery, i'll buy a good one.

Temperature is not accurate, it is 5F warmer than what is set. I have sensitive medications (biologics) that need logging of temp. I set temp of frig at 34F, log temp thermometer says 38-39F, can't get temp to go lower than that, unless I switch to freezer mode.

So far so good, the food stays frozen, the power usage is more than half the old one (main reason for the purchase). It’s a bit smaller than we would have liked, but it works well. Also would like to switch the door to the other side without having to make a service call to keep the warranty…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wanted a extra freezer in the garage for overflow. This one fit the bill. Slender and tall so it fits in tight spaces. Plenty of room for frozen pizzas and large items. Was a good buy. Only disappointment is that it has zero smart features. Would be nice to be notifies of a open door or fluctuation in temperature. I guess you can't have it all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this end of November and got delivery on Christmas Eve. So far so good. I use it as an extra freezer in the garage. I like that it has a combo of shelves and drawers (my previous freezer only had shelves). I prefer this upright, easier to retrieve items. Sometime back I had a chest freezer and it was cumbersome to get to items I needed. I can easily see what I need with this one. Although I probably would not need to use it as a refrigerator, it would be ideal if it had a separate refrigerator zone.

Biggest mistake ever made. Should have read more reviews.. Great design, filled the freezer. Bought in Nov 2023, 3 months later went from blowing cold air to blowing hot air. Everything was lost as the freezer became an oven while i was at work. Took over a month for them to finally get the parts they said needed, come out and fix it. Loads of lost work time as they scheduled, canceled, rescheduled, canceled, then give an all day window. They put all new lines, motherboard, etc. Then 2 days later stops working. A total nightmare of a freezer and the loss work time, loss of all the food was very costly.

i am very pleased with my upright freezer, however this is the second samsung appliance i have bought in the last few months in which the "packaging" is less than ideal. a sticker with bar code, s/n, etc was applied to the lower section of the side. it was nearly impossible to remove. i have a bad back and it was about 6" off the floor. i had to use wd40 and a scraper to get it off. something like this should peel off easily. on my refrigerator i still have bits of plastic around my doors where the covering cannot be removed. we had to remove the handles to get the protective covering off there. the fridge is very nice looking except for the plastic sticks out. something needs to be addressed with these 2 issues when the appliance is delivered.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This freezer has come in handy so much! Not only is it gorgeous looking and blends in so well with our stainless steel appliances in our kitchen! It also keeps food extremely cold! I love having ice cream and popsicles in the freezer without worrying if they are thawing or getting freezer burn. Highly recommend this freezer if you are wanting something for a smaller space or kitchen and don’t want to ruin your decor with an ugly appliance!
