Not what I expected from Samsung. The units appear to be of poor quality.

works great. cools super quick. controls are very user friendly. very sleak design!

Excellent product

I thought a lot of this georgeous freezer. One day it just quit. It did not revert to fridge. It just stopped working altogether. All of my food was thawed. I called tech support and it had to be reset twice to get it going again. Sams club will not take it back after 90 days. It would be foolish to put more groceries in something that may fail at any time.

I am amazed at this convertible appliance.  I purchased this as I needed a freezer but loved the convertibility. The storage is awesome with drawers like no other freezer has. I would definitely purchase another for a side by side if my current fridge were to fail. I have other Samsung appliances and expect excellent service from this appliance. Everyone who has seen it has been impressed.
