Quick and easy to use

Big enough

Great looking freezer, but stopped working after a couple of months. A technician came out to fix, it worked fine and a few days after the 12 month anniversary from the purchase it broke again. Samsung wants me to pay to fix, which is ludicrous to me purchased Jan 9,2022, call made to Samsung Feb 6, 2023 not counting time to delivery and previous repair. A freezer should last way longer than 12 months. I don’t recommend, it’s a crappy product, with a crappy customer service experience.

Do Not Buy

Love this new freezer. It looks sleek and attractive.  I love the drawers to organize, and the 3 shelves at the top.  Everything is staying perfectly frozen, even in the door shelves.  I couldn't be happier with this purchase.  Other places were out of stock- thanks for coming through for me again, Sam's Club!
