I am amazed at this convertible appliance. I purchased this as I needed a freezer but loved the convertibility. The storage is awesome with drawers like no other freezer has. I would definitely purchase another for a side by side if my current fridge were to fail. I have other Samsung appliances and expect excellent service from this appliance. Everyone who has seen it has been impressed.

Love this new freezer. It looks sleek and attractive. I love the drawers to organize, and the 3 shelves at the top. Everything is staying perfectly frozen, even in the door shelves. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. Other places were out of stock- thanks for coming through for me again, Sam's Club!

This is a nice unit...when I first got it...I plugged it in and was hoping cold air would start flowing out...nope...U could barely feel it...then the sides got kinda Hot...I'm like this thing is messed up...so I set the temp @ zero...let it run for about 3 hrs...open the door and it was zero...So it does do its job! I like that its Convertible...I only had it a couple weeks...I love it...super quiet...worth the money!

What a great freezer! YOu can use it for either refrig or freezer but I bought it for a freezer- no wasted space great interior lighting fits in small spaces and it came perfect- no dents! This is the first out of the last 6 appliances I have purchased this year (form other stores) and no damage!! Lovely satin stainless finish- what a bargain.

perfect layout with bins and shelves. Initial plug in leaves the sides of the unit very very hot, settles down later. Research on the internet showed this was normal, but a warning with the directions is needed for the future. Very Happy.

So far so good....I love that it doest't take up a lot of room, but it will hold what I need. I like the fact I can switch it to refrigerator.

This is a perfect small freezer if you are short on space. It’s tall and narrow and fits perfect in our pantry

Nice clean look. Great to store excess food in basement or garage. Easy to organize. Door was reversible. Plan to order second one and have side by side units.

We love that this can be used as a freezer OR a refrigerator , so we bought two! Lots of storage for our bulk items and drinks, quiet, energy efficient, and doesn't take up a lot of space.
