I absolutely love this freezer/frig. I've owned it for 2 or 3 months. I use it for a freezer. The exterior is absolutely beautiful. Good quality. Doesn't smear with fingerprints. Temperature is correct. Upon seeing it, my mind was getting creative about how this would be so much cheaper to buy 2 or 3 of these and put them side by side, instead of buying a commercial size frig/freezer for thousands of dollars more. I love the three door trays where I can store butter and popsicles. Of the 4 drawers, I use one for meat, one for vegetables. I can place numerous large pizzas and an extra loaf of sliced bread on the open shelves. This is an incredible buy, really looks nice, functional, and versatile.

Best freezer I have ever owned and you can not beat the price ,I seen others say it froze the food, it is a converting freezer to fridge, so you must hold the button 3 seconds till changes to refrigerator mode or visa versa, also door is able to be switched to open opposite, hardware should be in with the manual, May not visibly be able to see predrilled holes on bottom, but holes are there maybe under thin plastic just carefully check to see.Great job Samsung, and Wonderful job on flawless delivery Sams Club. You can remove drawers if you want ,I was not sure there would be shelves there but there is.Drawers are nice though , very versatile Fridge or Freezer

Great looking freezer, but stopped working after a couple of months. A technician came out to fix, it worked fine and a few days after the 12 month anniversary from the purchase it broke again. Samsung wants me to pay to fix, which is ludicrous to me purchased Jan 9,2022, call made to Samsung Feb 6, 2023 not counting time to delivery and previous repair. A freezer should last way longer than 12 months. I don’t recommend, it’s a crappy product, with a crappy customer service experience.

I thought a lot of this georgeous freezer. One day it just quit. It did not revert to fridge. It just stopped working altogether. All of my food was thawed. I called tech support and it had to be reset twice to get it going again. Sams club will not take it back after 90 days. It would be foolish to put more groceries in something that may fail at any time.

We use this for our garage freezer and it's the perfect size. Fits all of our overflow from our kitchen freezer space. No complaints!

Be careful, on the Lowe's sight, two mentions of this including one person who indicated there are no hinge holes on the right side due to a manufacturing mistake. That's why this one is cheap.

Purchased this freezer in June 2021 and it’s the perfect dimensions for my laundry room and it replaces a small freezer I had for 35 years and I’ve been looking for one with the same small size and only difference is that it is taller than my old one and works really well. We did switch the door handle to the left side to open swing door to the right-side and had to follow instructions in manual to change handle very carefully & re-read each step several times, but was able to do it in about 1.5 hours total time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased (2) TWO of the 11.4 cu.ft Capacity Upright Convertible Freezer/Refrigerators-about 2 months ago. I use one for overflow and stock ahead refrigerator goods and the 2nd one for extra frozen foods. I am more than satisfied with my purchase. They are side by side and look great. I love the color! I put them in a small extra bedroom located next to my small kitchen. With a quick touch on control panel inside, I may switch both to freezers, both to frig, or one of each. Checking the Samsung warranty info— look for it—is what convinced me to choose instead of a cheaper model.
