The door is not reversible

Be careful, on the Lowe's sight, two mentions of this including one person who indicated there are no hinge holes on the right side due to a manufacturing mistake. That's why this one is cheap.

Cold freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to replace a 20+ year old power hungry freezer. So far so good, the food stays frozen, the power usage is more than half the old one (main reason for the purchase). It’s a bit smaller than we would have liked, but it works well. Also would like to switch the door to the other side without having to make a service call to keep the warranty…

DONT BUY!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY!! LIFE LESSON: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING SAMSUNG!! We absolutely hate this freezer, it has gone out on us 3 times now losing thousands of dollars in meat!! THOUSANDS!! After this last time I'm ready to take it outside & smash it with my tractor!! I wouldn't want to sell it off because it's trash!!! They have got to be paying for the good reviews!! We tell everyone we know to not buy from SAMSUNG..their customer service is trash..

Temperature is inaccurate, avoid if you need preci

Temperature is not accurate, it is 5F warmer than what is set. I have sensitive medications (biologics) that need logging of temp. I set temp of frig at 34F, log temp thermometer says 38-39F, can't get temp to go lower than that, unless I switch to freezer mode.

Avoid blocking interior vents: Keep food items at least 2 inches away from the internal air vents to allow proper airflow throughout the compartment. 3. Keep the fridge in a stable, cool environment: Position the fridge in a room away from direct sunlight, ovens, or heat sources. Extreme heat or cold (especially below 55°F) can impact performance. 4.
