just 1 month past 1 year it stopped cooling. Lost most of the food. Not sure it is worth the expense to repair.

Nicer than the one we had, but a few oddities, like (mostly) non-removable styrofoam padding on shelves. But it's only been a week. How about sending this email in 3 years Sam's ?!?

In app had a Tech sale with $60 off. Local store did not show the freezer is stock preventing us from purchasing in app. In store they did not honor the sale price either. Great freezer but bait and switch advertisements suck.

It says that it's dongle ready, but apparently you can't add a dongle to use it on smart things? We bought these to add to SmartHub after a garage fridge failure. Disappointed that their information is apparently wrong, smidge of false advertising. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This freezer is extremely easy to use and looks fantastic. I’ve had chest freezers and they just don’t do the job. Food goes to the bottom line and you never seem to see you ever again. This upright you can find everything and it looks fantastic where I have it placed. It’s not too big and holds enough food without having to go shopping for meat or at least six months.

It’s great knowing we can store our holiday turkey and then switch over to a refrigerator mode for summertime parties.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was in the need for a freezer for the garage and I didn't want to spend a lot of money and I wanted something with some features vs. a generic looking and basic "garage fridge." I found this item from searching online and thought it was the perfect size. I was also intrigued that it could either freeze or cool based on what I needed it to do. Lastly, it was stainless and will look good in my garage for years to come.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought about March 2023. It was out of order in September 2024. The temperature shown on control board was wrong. The temperature shown on the board was 34 degF which was a setting temperature. After unplugging power and connecting it, it shows real temp. 45 degF. But measured temp by our thermometer was over 55 degF. The temperature on the board was changed whenever resetting the refrigerator.
