Love this freezer. It extends our freezer capacity and looks good while doing it. We don't even have to hide it in the garage...it's that pretty!

In app had a Tech sale with $60 off. Local store did not show the freezer is stock preventing us from purchasing in app. In store they did not honor the sale price either. Great freezer but bait and switch advertisements suck.

i purchased this freezer last year, i fell in love with the drawers what a fantastic design, everything is easily within reach no more digging to find what your looking for. the freezer is so quiet you cant even tell it’s running. the purchase was beyond easy and samsung updated me every step of the way. i will be purchasing a second unit soon.

Putting too much food in all at once caused some frost but the issue went away the next day. When the drawers are pulled out, it looks pretty great too but the drawers are convenient for my needs. I like that it has the ability to modulate as needed. Overall seems like it's running well so far.

Great storage options with multiple drawers, shelves, and even a couple of small shelves in the door. I love that I can store chicken, beef, and pork separately from seafood in the drawers with ice cream & pizzas on the shelves. Such a great product; I'd buy again in a heartbeat!

i have to say that samsung product support is substandard. my unit ran well for the first 5 months then died. after over a dozen calls 2 service visits and 3 months it is still dead it was found to be unrepairable, but the ecoupon to buy replacement was invalid and the price increased by $60. i am very unhappy.

Tall and slender, it fits into a narrow space and meets a large or small families needs. Quality in and outside the item.

but this time i was completely disappointed when i bought it and installed. i felt it while reverse the direction a freezer door... i wonder how they used only cheap materials like this. another problem is that i bought two...two... i know very well that plastic materials and machine assembly. it's job related. i was surprised that i had to make new thread in the plastic. it's plastic, so it gets loose easily. one more thing, i would like to samsung give the customer an option to choose left and right before purchasing. it's such a cheap product.. i was really shocked. well, i'm not rich, so i'll have to use the cheap one like this. no choice. if i win the lottery, i'll buy a good one.
