Was concerned as I could not see it in person before buying, however it turned out to be exactly what we were looking for. The pull-out drawers are perfect for separating beef, chicken, fish, and kids treats. No more digging into a chest freezer. The drawers can be removed if you want extra shelf space. Would highly recommend this freezer.

I have a small home and have never had enough space for a traditional upright freezer. However this narrow size is perfect for my small home. I also love all of the drawers instead of shelves. Nothing gets shoved to the back and forgotten, you can easily see and access everything.

i wanted and am using as a fridge-only. though i just received it, this convertible fridge freezer is so far perfect. i waited while it was backordered and am glad i did! no more noisy annoyances from my old unit! it holds as much as my 12+ cf fridge did, just less door holder space. best for me, its so quiet, barely know it's running- so much nicer than my last two or three other model fridges. great value, looks nice. will update as time goes on.

It quickly turned into the only freezer we use for food, even with the added hassle of traveling to and from the garage to get items. It is sleek, sexy, and very very cold. I have it set to -5F and my bluebooth thermometer indicates the freezer maintains temps between -4 and -2F continuously, except for the defrost cycles where it hits 8F for a brief moment as it heats the evaporator core. Vacuum sealed meat I've had in there for months looks pristine and brand new still. Non-vacuum sealed meat looks great, with only the frost buildup from defrosting slightly on the trip from the store to home. I would buy it again without reservation.

I bought this Samsung Convertible Upright Freezer/Refrigerator to replace a much larger refrigerator/freezer unit in my garage. This appliance is the perfect size to fit near the doorway and just enough room to store the extra items you need to freeze away. The available storage inside allows me to organize better instead of tossing everything together & door is perfect for keeping my hard liquor cold. I have not had any issues with the freezer nor have I seen any sweating or moisture coming from the appliance. I am pleased with how well it keeps food frozen, and definitely would recommend for those who want to maximize space in their garage.

i am very pleased with my upright freezer, however this is the second samsung appliance i have bought in the last few months in which the "packaging" is less than ideal. a sticker with bar code, s/n, etc was applied to the lower section of the side. it was nearly impossible to remove. i have a bad back and it was about 6" off the floor. i had to use wd40 and a scraper to get it off. something like this should peel off easily. on my refrigerator i still have bits of plastic around my doors where the covering cannot be removed. we had to remove the handles to get the protective covering off there. the fridge is very nice looking except for the plastic sticks out. something needs to be addressed with these 2 issues when the appliance is delivered.

We have 7 year old french door samsung fridge, that been giving us always problems. 2 ice makers failed, it flooded our wood floors and Evaporator cover been soaking water and leaking on the bottom drawer... So we where in need of a tall narrow fridge that can be converted to freezer or fridge. In 2022 we got this 11.4 cu Samsung convertible fridge. and it is a great design and we like it. its been 2.5 years, and this fridge its leaking water from the evaporator cover to the bottom fridge floor. took the evaporator cover off. Drain is not clogged, its again - evaporator cover, made so cheap, glued with silver duct tape, foam edges are made of the worst quality foam, and whole cover is saturated with water....problem is in the meantime we bought seccond of those fridges. just waiting for the other to leak as well. We promised ourselves - never buy samsung appliances...

freezer has worked great after 1 year warranty expired. no problems until one morning. i lost everything in my freezer. followed the manual with no result. what our family discovered is that the door was not fully closed properly and the evaporator coil froze over with ice. thawed out evaporator, now freezer works great ! i wish the "door alarm" was louder. i still would purchase the product again.

It’s farmers market time in Florida and thought with the increase in food prices I would start cooking more at home. I couldn’t be happier with the size and ease of use. Fits a lot more than it looks like it would while only taking up a small footprint in my laundry room.
