[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought about March 2023. It was out of order in September 2024. The temperature shown on control board was wrong. The temperature shown on the board was 34 degF which was a setting temperature. After unplugging power and connecting it, it shows real temp. 45 degF. But measured temp by our thermometer was over 55 degF. The temperature on the board was changed whenever resetting the refrigerator.

Very, very quiet, keeps things perfectly cold and takes up minimal room (I live in a condo.) Energy efficient and love the combination of drawers, shelves and door shelving. Totally satisfied.

I’m having a hard time re installing the drawers after removing all of them to clean the freezer. Pictures show the smallest drawer on top with a shelf on top but that drawer doesn’t fit! I can’t shut the door with the drawer in that position. Please help me!!

i love love love this appliance. it was easy to install. just made sure it was level. turned off the lock function and turned it to freeze and quick freeze and i was ready to load it up. the bins are so handy and so spacious. it runs so quiet i sometimes forget it is there. i like that it takes up a very small footprint so can be placed almost anywhere. if we get to a point where we no longer need all that freezer space we can concertit back to a fridge so we should get years out of this. if you are debating this appliance i am here to tell you to just get it. you will not be disappointed

Great storage options with multiple drawers, shelves, and even a couple of small shelves in the door. I love that I can store chicken, beef, and pork separately from seafood in the drawers with ice cream & pizzas on the shelves. Such a great product; I'd buy again in a heartbeat!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago when my refrigerator knocked out. The refrigerator compressor went down in my refrigerator and I needed a freezer while storing some things with the neighbor. I saw this freezer/refrigerator and decided it would be great for my needs. It has a very spacious foot print and fits in the garage nicely. Easy to find what you are looking for and does a fantastic job at maintaining a constant freeze temperature. Food does not get defrosted and iced up like in the refrigerator/freezer due to the high swings in temperature for defrosting needs. So far this has been a dream come true and the way freezers should be made. I have changed my kitchen now to the Samsung induction stove/oven and the convection microwave which work together quite nicely. Samsung definiatly has the user in mind in creating their appliances.

Bought this freezer less than one and a half years ago. 2 days ago I smelled something when I opened the door. Something electrical. 2 days later the freezer has quit freezing but the temp said 0 degrees and all of my food was thawed out!! So disappointed, I loved this freezer. I will never buy another samsung appliance again.

DO NOT BUY!! LIFE LESSON: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING SAMSUNG!! We absolutely hate this freezer, it has gone out on us 3 times now losing thousands of dollars in meat!! THOUSANDS!! After this last time I'm ready to take it outside & smash it with my tractor!! I wouldn't want to sell it off because it's trash!!! They have got to be paying for the good reviews!! We tell everyone we know to not buy from SAMSUNG..their customer service is trash..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchase 2, so need to switch one of the door to another side. The instruction/diagram about the switching is not details enough where 2-3 steps have to go through try/error, but eventually work out.
