There are thousands and thousands of people who can not eat pork, even trace amounts. It really saddens me when All beef products are made with pork casings. Something our family and many others cant eat. I wish someone would consider making changes so the people who dont care and those that do can all enjoy the beef.

Just came up with recipe: thin slice and pan fry till rendered (turn over as doing) toss in a sliced sweet onion and sauté in the rendering with the meat. when onions transparent toss in cooked Udon (any pasta will do) , stir in sauce of choice ( I used soy sauce this time) and enjoy. Kept it simple this time but a lot of room for experimenting
