There are thousands and thousands of people who can not eat pork, even trace amounts. It really saddens me when All beef products are made with pork casings. Something our family and many others cant eat. I wish someone would consider making changes so the people who dont care and those that do can all enjoy the beef.

Someone said not a true kielbasa? They aren't from WI then. These are 5X better because of less fat and few more slices. These are amazing. I just moved from KY to KC and I made sure they had them here also. Grab a beer and a good mustard and that's all you need... best I've ever had in 53 years! Yum! Finish meal with Tates chocolate chip cookies and sleep peacefully. Double yum!

I bought this sausage because it seemed like quality ingredients. Simple, nothing weird. It has a tough casing that I knew I wouldn't like when it was cooked so I peeled it off before cooking. Despite doing that, I still didn't love the texture. The flavor is okay. Unfortunately, it's not the best sausage I've ever had. My kids (sausage connoisseurs) didn't like it either.

Do not fall for all the good reviews. These are so nasty the casing is tough as shoe leather the flavor is salt (saltier than spam by far). I tried to eat 2 of these and in bothe of them there was bone fragments and cartilage. Ohh and don't forget a heaping helping of diced up veins. As for the spices there were a hand full of poorly broken up pepper corns. Also they have cherry powder in them for reasons. So if you have a cherry allergy you will need to watch out. THESE ARE THE WORST SAUSAGES I HAVE EVER EATEN. Sams needs to drop this company asap.

Just tried this sausage and it is the best we've had in a long time! I was pleasantly surprised that it is produced in my home town too. Definitely great Texas sausage. Reminds me of the sausage I've had at Wurstfest and NIOSA when I was younger. I hope I can find some of the other sausage flavors to try.

Let me just say you would be crazy to not try these. All those other big commercial brands should be concerned, because this will be the only sausage I’ll ever buy again. They are simply dog gone good. If only I could some this good & I would be so happy.

When I was stationed in Germany loved what they called Rinds Wurst which was a nicely seasoned, great taste, and a nice snap when you bit into it. This is the only sausage I've found in the USA that comes close. Going to get some more and try them to make Curry Wurst. A great dish thats fast and easy dish.

The title says it all really. It reminds me of the old stockyards back in the middle 60’s. The smoky flavor and the crisp crunch when biting into the natural casing is beyond description. You simply have to try it. It may be too “natural” for today’s “vanilla” approach to everything, but if you remember Ernie Banks and Bobby Douglas, this is for you.

Buy another brand if possible, when you cook this sausage be ready for a large amount of grease and some tough casing. The taste of this beef sausage is a little off, to much salt and spices. maybe others will like this product, not my kind of product.

These are the best. Taste great grilled or even on the stove top. I always freeze the unused portion and use later with no issues. The flavor can't be beat by member's mark brand. Please never stop selling these, Sam's club! One of my family's favorite products at Sam's Club!
