They are natural casings and sometimes come in a little tough. However, sometimes this can happen in the way it is cooked. Please remember that these are smoked sausages and only need to be heated through. Make sure they don't stay on the grill or stove top too long, and we highly recommend not cooking them in the microwave. We hope that you will give us another try.
