Casing was so tough. Bought these as an alternative to pork kielbasa for our center. Because the casing so hard to chew I had to skin each link before and bake before serving. Will not buy these again.

These sausages are delicious, but I would have to agree with others that they are better without the casing. I find that a little fussy. (My husband didn't seem mind the chewy outside.) Quite fatty, but not in a bad way.

I think my package must have sat on the loading dock, unrefrigerated for too long. The meat has a slight spoiled flavor to it. I used the sausages the next day for a picnic but threw them all away after I tasted the first one off the grill

Tasty sausage, but unless it's on a good sale, I probably won't go out of my way again to buy this brand at Sam's. Tastes like Eckrich beef sausage, about the same price at my local grocery store.

This is a local brand to where I live and have loved their sausage for many years. I'm so glad Sam's carries this brand. Great price for a great product!

The family and company name is Kiolbassa. This isn't kielbasa. These are very good sausages and freeze well. I like the snap of the natural casing.

Why make a beef sausage and use pork casing? Doesn’t make any sense. People want to avoid pork so they’ll go for a beef sausage but this uses pork casing?! Stupid!

I won't ever buy this again as long as it has sodium nitrite in it. Don't they know studies have shown that can cause colon cancer? It doesn't belong in my food! Buying my beef sausage elsewhere now! Bring back uncured sausages!

I'm very picky about my smoked sausages and this stuff is fantastic! I find most that you can buy in the store to be gross and hot-dog like. These taste like a proper kolbassi should

These are the best! Some mixed reviews, of all the times I've cooked them up they've been great! No bones! Not greasy! Didn't choke! Lol ... simply the best!
