We miss good, smoked sauamsage feom when we lived in Louisiana- this is as close as we’ve found. We love it!

These are excellent sausages. Great on the grill or in casseroles. They freeze well and are delicious.

My husband really likes these beef kielbasa for breakfast with eggs and makes a breakfast wrap. They smell wonderful when they are cooking.

Why would they put an all beef sausage in a natural pork casing? That defeats the pupose of it being beef!!

I used to love these sausages, but now the skins are often so thick and chewy that it is like trying to chew through rubber.

Casing was so tough. Bought these as an alternative to pork kielbasa for our center. Because the casing so hard to chew I had to skin each link before and bake before serving. Will not buy these again.
