These are excellent sausages. Great on the grill or in casseroles. They freeze well and are delicious.

Does not deserve one star. It's extremely greasy, and the casing is so tough that you can't even bite into it. My dog will not eat them.

Why put a pork casing on beef sausage? That seems quite counter productive. Those of us that can't have pork need a better option.

Great flavored sausage. I put it in lentils, pan seared on a hot dog bun or cracker with mustard. Mmmmmmm
