Samples in the store got me. These are great! Grill or stovetop w/your favorite toppings on a bun, slice w/eggs, or eat by themselves.

This is not all beef . Its covered in pork. For someone who is allergic to pork i am glad i read the ingredients before i bought this . Dont claim all beed when its not all beer

Casing is tough and taste is horrible! Leaves a long lingering aftertaste.

Overall, the flavor was good; however, the skins were unnaturally tough. It seemed more like plastic than normal casings. Also, they were very greasy too. Wont buy again. Not worth it.

Heated in microwave, put on bun. Could nor bite off without a mess. Skin is like leather. Name is misleading; nothing close to authentic Keilbasa. Just Texas smoked beef. Would return if store wasn't quite a drive away. Disappointed!l
