These are so good. We boil them in water in the rice cooker. Easy. Very juicy. Good dipped in fancy mustard.

Super disappointed these have a pork casing. Many religious groups don't eat pork. Please reconsider using the pork casing.

This sausage contains a lot of bone pieces (watch you don't break a tooth). The skin is too tough to chew, and it's extremely greasy!

I don't know how or why but the casing is super chewy, did not eat it. The meat is great but not the casing.
