This was my first time trying this sausage and it is pretty good. It taste even better in some jambalaya. Overall, I would definitely buy again.

Contains sugar but otherwise doesn't appear over processed with additives. One thing is the natural casing is so tough, it's like chewing gum.

A native Texan says these are good, not overly spicy and great on the grill. Plenty of fat so I cannot eat them often

I prefer the non-spicy chicken sausages, but Sam's hasn't been carrying them lately. I'll settle for these for now.

Kiolbassa Beef Sausage taste really good. It is a good sausage to have on hand for quick tasty meals.

Unfortunately I cant eat pork.. Ruined it by putting it in a pork casing... Not alot of beef sausage options because of this.
