We love this sausage and get compliments when we serve it to guests. Don't try the bacon or you will be ruined. It is by far the best bacon product we have ever eaten. My only complaint is the price

These are delicious and RICH! Since they don't have fillers etc. you get high quality meat and it makes a difference. If you're looking for a high quality sausage for meals, this is the one.

Not 100% beef . I purchased because they were beef. We don’t eat pork. They were made with pork casings. I thought I could take the kielbasa out of the casing. No such luck.

These sausages have good flavor but I got several bites with hard gristle in them. That is my biggest complaint of any sausages, kind of turns my stomach.

I have been a fan of the Kiolbassa brand, especially the Andoulle sausage, now discontinued at Sams Club, and I know and understand how sausage is made, but I have experienced 1/4 inch or slightly smaller bone shards in almost every link of my most recent package, and based on the reviews over the years, it's not a new problem. I just neglected to read the bad reviews, so buyer beware...on that, I failed. Perhaps a smaller grind to avoid pieces large enough to dislodge crowns when the pieces get pushed between teeth when chewing might be in order...or don't allow chunks of bone into the grinder. Again, acknowledging how sausage is made, and that people are involved in the meat processing portion of prep. This isn't the first time I've found bone in the sausage, but it was the first time I found so much in a single link, and across multiple links in a single package. That suggests a possible decline in quality control, or a significant event introducing more bone and cartilage into the mix. Regardless, I can't recommend this product, and I do suggest you carefully chew if trying this brand of sausage.

I wanted to use the sausage in a dish, but first needed to slice and brown it. I was absolutely gobsmacked at how much fat they produced! I had to stop several times to pour off the fat. In the end, the sliced sausages were 1/2 - or perhaps less - the volume as when they started. They're all just fat. Will not buy again. Positive: no nitrates

I'm from New Orleans where we know good sausage. This isn't the puffy airy sausage like the major brands. This is delicious 100 percent beef sausage with just the right amount of seasoning. The casing will crisp on cooking giving you that delicious snap as you bite into it. I have no problems using this to replace andoiulle sausage in my gumbo...in fact, I may be inclined to say this product is better in gumbo. Excellent food...hats off to this product.

The casing on this sausage was thick

Some teally good sausage and a great price. Need to try them in the smoker next.
