I’m Former Executive chef the product is basically ok. The casing is good quality. The grind of the meat is a little fine. I’d like it a little course. The sodium content is too high. Your consumers can adjust that in their preparation all in all well season not bad.

Great taste

This is the BEST sausage! I love that it does not have smoke flavoring added or any artificial ingredients. It is reminiscent of what we call "Christmas sausage" in the mountains of northcentral Pennsylvania. I've not been able to find anything remotely similar in other states where I've lived, until this! We LOVE it and are so thankful to have found it! So easy to cook, whether by boiling or air frying from frozen for about 13 minutes. This is part of our traditional Christmas breakfast also. Thank you for such a fabulous product!

Great flavor

I love smoked meats and kielbasa. I boiled this so it should help reduce the fat or grease and sausage barely shrunk. And I know it’s sausage and not a healthy dish, but this is so heavy of grease taste and casing is hard. I know good kielbasa and I am not a fan of this product.

Just tried this sausage for the first time and it is delicious! I sliced them up into bite size pieces in a skillet with butter, olive oil, zucchini, onion and potatoes. Added spices, covered and let everything cook until potatoes were soft. Everyone loved it!

This beef sausage is very high-quality. There isn?t anything on the market in stores that I?ve experienced that is this good. Even just cooking them on the grill at home the smokiness in the flavor just comes pouring out. I?m going to try them in chili, with sauerkraut and of course on the grill. I have a package of the jalape�o in the freezer that I haven?t tried yet. I hope those are hot like hot links. The natural casing pops when you?re cooking it and has a awesome crunch as you eat it.

It’s the best

I bought this because it was the only sausage I found at Sam's that is free of added MSG (I like MSG, but large amounts give my wife migraines). I do like that aspect and that the casing is natural. However, it is one of the worst sausages we have tasted. There is a fairly good amount of smoke flavor, but other than that, it just tastes like salt to us. The texture is a little strange compared to other sausages. In fact, the flavor and texture of this sausage reminded us of some brands of cheap hot dogs, but what we dislike the most is the inordinate amount of cartilage and blood vessel pieces in it. In almost every bite, we were biting down on something disconcertingly firm that prompted us to spit it out. I will say that we didn't encounter much if any bone fragments, which can be a horrible for the teeth. For the price, I expected more from this sausage.

Since moving from Texas to Arkansas I haven't been able to find a decent link sausage that taste like sausage and not a cheap hot dog. Finally!!! This reminds me of home and it is amazing grilled and served like a real link. Thanks for the great quality ingredients.
