This sausage is more mild than I expected, and it works great as a main course with a additions like mushrooms and onions.

The casing is very chewy and I was done after biting into 2 big pieces of grisle. Very lucky I didnt crack a tooth!

If you like kielbasi, then maybe you will like - it's not as greasy. Personally, I prefer true sausage.

the Kiolbassa Beef Sausage are tasty, what i do not like the beef saugage is wrap in pork casing, on the package reads in small fine print the company add pork casing on a beef saugage.
