I think my package must have sat on the loading dock, unrefrigerated for too long. The meat has a slight spoiled flavor to it. I used the sausages the next day for a picnic but threw them all away after I tasted the first one off the grill

Please always sell this! I'm from Texas but in Cali due to being a military wife, this is the sausage I miss so much from back home... when I saw it in Sam's I got so excited! I will keep buying this every time I go to Sam's. It is the best!

These sausages are delicious, but I would have to agree with others that they are better without the casing. I find that a little fussy. (My husband didn't seem mind the chewy outside.) Quite fatty, but not in a bad way.

I won't ever buy this again as long as it has sodium nitrite in it. Don't they know studies have shown that can cause colon cancer? It doesn't belong in my food! Buying my beef sausage elsewhere now! Bring back uncured sausages!

Based on the positive reviews and after seeing this product for sale in Sams I finally bought a package to try. I thought they were very good with minimal fat drippings so when I finished eating them I purchased another package and this time it was terrible. Normally since they are precooked, I just wrap one in a paper towel slightly dampened and throw into microwave for 90 seconds. Anyways the second purchase resulted in excessive fat drippings in which the fat was very dense, off colored and gooey. The double wrapped paper towel was just saturated with fat with a gooey fat deposit accumulated on the paper plate. Even after wiping the kielbasa in a clean paper towel, it was still very fatty. So even though I may have just purchased a bad package I won't be buying them again. After cooking 3 of them on different days, I threw the rest away. Back to the national brand for me.

I checked the most recent lowest reviews and my review is the same. Very greasy, PORK skins were tough whether heated in skillet or boiled. Second attempt in skillet, I poked a lot of holes with a fork and the amount of grease that came out was beyond acceptable. Not a healthy product. Taste was mediocre and fatty content masked overall taste. Won't be buying again. Not worth $16.98

Bad tasting product would not reccommend.
