We've had this playset a few months now and our kids love it! They play on it almost every single day. It's sturdy, aesthetically pleasing, and has lots of fun things to play on. Highly recommended!!

We purchased this several months ago. It was easy, but time consuming to put together. My kids ages 3 & 6 love the play set and it is good and sturdy.

I bought this a while back. My kids have really been enjoying it. It is a pain to put together and I did it by myself in about a weeks time. Nothing super hard just very tedious. Would highly recommend.

We bought this for our granddaughters' 1st & 3rd birthday. My son-in-law and husband put it together over a weekend and it looks beautiful! We added a baby swing and our granddaughters love playing on it and will enjoy it for years to come.

I saw this beautiful swing set last year when i was shopping and I knew my two boys wood LOVE it. Well, a few months into it the wood started chipping in various places and seems very soft and not good quality. We are at the year mark and I get nervous having more than 2 kids play on it at a time because of the wood making noise and shifting as they play. Definitely a HUGE let down.

I have five large boxes and a plastic slide that have been sitting in my garage for 15 days. We paid $1000 dollars for a professional install. They scheduled the install for today never showed up or called. The third party company takes anywhere from 1-3 days to respond to messages. Trying to get Sams to refund my installation so that I can hire someone on my own has been very frustrating. Hopefuly its a nice set, but currently its just an eyesore in my garage teasing two small boys who are waiting anxiously for it to be built.

Some holes were pre drilled too big. The wood is already starting to crack and it hasn't been a month yet. The door is already sagging making it look bad. Some of the smaller pieces broke when trying to put the t nut on it. 1/4 of the board were warped. The directions weren't great at all, had to take apart some stuff and put together the opposite of what directions say. Had to redrill about 10 holes that didn't line up for the swing and a-frame

Pros: It looks great and we have had many compliments on it. The kids love it. Cons: I doubt it will last more than a year and I’m starting to worry it will fail while the kids are on it. It is extremely rickety and just seems to be poorly designed from a structural standpoint. My kids are average sized 6 and 4 year olds and when they’re both swinging the entire fort section of the set twists and sways several inches at a time and it seems to be getting worse. The main beam that the swings hang from is cracking and splitting in several places. The wood is so soft that the locking nuts eat right into it which seems to cause the bolts to loosen. We’ve had this up for 3 months and I’ve had to retighten the swing assemblies 3 times because they were visibly coming loose. Oh and the deck boards are very thin. I’m not sure if I’m more annoyed with how much we spent on it or how much time I sunk into assembling it for it to turn out the way it did.

We assembled ourselves… definitely took 3 handy people about 30+ hours. And we stained it as instructed so definitely a lot of work. Some of the boards came cracked but still usable? So far kids are LOVING it! Over engineered to the max! Very safe and very fun!
