Let me start by saying this swing set is amazing! We have had so many compliments on it and it really is one of the more esthetic looking play sets for your yard. That being said, it did take my husband roughly 40hrs to put it together. The build app is phenomenal and much more helpful than the paper instructions. It's important to organize all the materials before starting so you don't waste a bunch of time searching for the parts you need. I think it's worth mentioning that my husband is a contractor who does interior home renovations, so if you're putting this together by yourself expect it to take a while. We wanted to save some money, but in the end, it would have been worth it to just hire someone to assemble it for us.

Excellent Playground, Well built, Good instructions and fairly priced. Highly recommend. You will need your own tools and brain to build this, however they offer assembly for $900.00 which most likely does not include foundation and sitework. It's tall, so if your foundation isn't perfectly level you would absolutely notice a lean. Enjoy!!

Love this! Took my husband about 3-4 days to finish (it rained a couple days so he couldn't work outside) my 3 year old loves it! Always wants to go outside and play for hours. Worth it!!

It is an awesome playground set. Very sturdy with a lot of activities for the children to have outdoor fun and get plenty of exercise. The installation was not easy - very time consuming so you need patience and someone to assist.

The Bilt app was very helpful in the construction of this play-set. Good quality, very aesthetically pleasing, and my kids love it. Lots of fun features to keep them busy.

We love this swing set! The build process was very smooth and took 2 people 2 days to complete. The kids are having a blast playing on it and enjoy the 4 ways to climb to the top. There are so many fun components to keep the kids entertained for hours. Great quality and craftsmanship. Highly recommend!

I got my little girl one of these back in the spring. Every pre drills hole fit. Every bolt and nut fit where is said it would. Everything worked perfectly. Only problem is keeping her inside when so darn hot. One day she slipped out on me and went straight to it. Best thing I've got her I'd highly recommend it if u have kids or grandkids. It took about 17 hours to build, I think that for the price there are some thing that should have been preassembled like some parts of the roof were. Overall, it is beautiful, it looks amazing in our backyard and my daughter loves it, especially the tower with the "telescope" and the slide. On the negative side, it could have been a better quality, at the beginning all the black pieces stained our clothe, now that it has been outside longer I think is staining less, and the wood is really cheap. Maybe I am being too picky but for that price I expected better quality, like the round swing, the rope is already getting lose and its only my daughter (a 4 year old) playing with it.

There's so much to say about this playset. Let's start with the pros. To begin with, it's beautiful. If you're one of those people that don't want absurdly bright toys and are looking for more an aesthetic, this playset is it, I get so many compliments. I also really love all the elements it has, from physical components to imaginative play and creative aspects that other playsets don't offer (like the tunnel and secret door). It truly has something for everyone and there's something to do in every nook and cranny. Now for the cons. For one, dear God putting it together is a feat. Pay for assembly. Let me repeat myself - PAY FOR ASSEMBLY. It took me almost a week to put this together working many hours a day with the help of various friends and family, though they'll probably ignore my phone calls now. The instructions are relatively easy to follow and the app is helpful, but I wish at least one of the two would notate more specifically how to frame the thing, or rather what specific side to position things. It would tell you that you need to use part A12 (for example) for the frame and three days later when you're attaching the swing set you notice that the board should have been flipped because there is a specific hole to now drill into. Things could have just been more clearly labeled, because I ended up having to jerry-rig the last few steps and drill new holes. I'm guessing most playsets are like this though, so I'm not sure it's specific to this one. Also, it's hella tall. Like I realize it's 3 stories but I guess I didn't realize just how tall it is. My poor neighbors, I can see everything in their back yard now. Speaking of which, it's definitely made for smaller kids. I'm 5'4" and have to duck to get into it and move around. Obviously it's not meant for me but if you're getting it for a taller or heavier child you may want to reconsider. My only other complaint is that the wood is so incredibly soft. You look at a plank sideways and it has a ding. I barely graced one of the legs with the handle of the lawnmower and it now has a huge chunk in it. My son wanted to help me build the playset and if he set his play hammer down too hard it left a mark. Overall I'd do it again but those are just some things to keep in mind for anyone shopping around.

It's a cute looking playset . It's not the most sturdy unit . I would not trust an adult to get on it without boards breaking . Not too difficult to put together but it does take time and you need to cut and customize some of the pieces.
