I purchased this item on December 7th with an expected delivery date of December 19th. Since December 15th, the tracking has shown no updates and the package appears to be sitting with no movement. I have called multiple times and have not received any clear information about where the package is or when it will be delivered. It is now December 21st, and we still have not received the order, which was intended as a Christmas gift. This was a $1,400 purchase, and the lack of communication and resolution has been extremely frustrating. At this point, I am regretting the decision to purchase this item.

This is such a great play set. My children have loved it and it is incredible. It did take quite some time to install, so make sure to account for extra help when doing the set up. It took about 5 days of 4 hour sections after work to get it done, but it has been worth it! It feels sturdy, the colors are great, the material really does hold up, and it has been a great addition to our backyard. I would definitely recommend this to anyone on the fence, great buy for the kiddos.

Our kids absolutely love this playset! It is very big and sturdy and well made. We built it ourselves, but it took us 3 full days of building with just my husband and I, so I would HIGHLY recommend paying the extra money for a professional to build it for you!

the swing set was delivered and my contractors easily installed it. This playground looks so sturdy and my grandkids love it and I could not be more pleased! It is so cute and it is not an eyesore, it suits my yard beautifully, and I have no doubt that it will last many years with little maintence.

Overall, the Mystic Tower is fantastic. The kids love playing on it the variety of features are great for their imaginations. It is very well built, all of the predrilled holes lined up perfectly. Lots of specific use high quality hardware, not low grade as provided by some suppliers. It can be assembled with one person, although a few things like the swing beam and tunnel are best done with two people. Total assembly time about 36 hours with 1 person. The only issue is with the door. The way the hinges is installed it only opens about 160 degrees then it comes up against structural posts. It would be easy to keep pushing on the door and spring the hinge or break out the mounting hardware. Ended up placing a large rock for the door to hit up against when fully opened. A minor design change to the door and where the hinge gets mounted would allow the door to open 180 degrees and eliminate the chance of a hinge issue.

We bought this a few months ago. We host two Airbnbs on our ranch and have two active grandkids. It has become a huge draw for the ranch! We built it under a giant oak tree and built a sand pit all the way around it with river sand from near by. It is played in almost daily. It is gorgeous and well made. I hired a pro to install it, but laid out all the parts for him about a step ahead of where he was. It took the better part of three days. I would buy it again in a heartbeat. It is a joyous escape for little ones and parents sit around it talking in the shade while they supervise. Kids build sandcastles around it and launch down the slide to wipe them out. So much fun and joy!

Very pleased with the Mystic Tower playset. Assembly instructions were very detailed and easy to follow. All materials were of very good quality and no missing or damaged pieces. We would buy this again. Assembly is very involved but we expected that.

We bought this for our granddaughter and it is amazing. Don't get discouraged as when you are doing step 1 of 91 you are going to find 1 piece in each of the 4 boxes. It took 4 men approximately 16 straight hours to complete but when you see the smile on there face it is all worth it. Tony

Unfortunately, are area had a horrible storm come through that totally destroyed our playset. We only had it for about a month. On July 4th the storm that here left our area without electricity also left us with no playset. We were thankful that we did have it for our VBS which was a couple of weeks before the storm. We wish were would have had the chance to five a great review. So assuming we would have had it longer we are sure it would have scored 5 five star. We had it

There's so much to say about this playset. Let's start with the pros. To begin with, it's beautiful. If you're one of those people that don't want absurdly bright toys and are looking for more an aesthetic, this playset is it, I get so many compliments. I also really love all the elements it has, from physical components to imaginative play and creative aspects that other playsets don't offer (like the tunnel and secret door). It truly has something for everyone and there's something to do in every nook and cranny. Now for the cons. For one, dear God putting it together is a feat. Pay for assembly. Let me repeat myself - PAY FOR ASSEMBLY. It took me almost a week to put this together working many hours a day with the help of various friends and family, though they'll probably ignore my phone calls now. The instructions are relatively easy to follow and the app is helpful, but I wish at least one of the two would notate more specifically how to frame the thing, or rather what specific side to position things. It would tell you that you need to use part A12 (for example) for the frame and three days later when you're attaching the swing set you notice that the board should have been flipped because there is a specific hole to now drill into. Things could have just been more clearly labeled, because I ended up having to jerry-rig the last few steps and drill new holes. I'm guessing most playsets are like this though, so I'm not sure it's specific to this one. Also, it's hella tall. Like I realize it's 3 stories but I guess I didn't realize just how tall it is. My poor neighbors, I can see everything in their back yard now. Speaking of which, it's definitely made for smaller kids. I'm 5'4" and have to duck to get into it and move around. Obviously it's not meant for me but if you're getting it for a taller or heavier child you may want to reconsider. My only other complaint is that the wood is so incredibly soft. You look at a plank sideways and it has a ding. I barely graced one of the legs with the handle of the lawnmower and it now has a huge chunk in it. My son wanted to help me build the playset and if he set his play hammer down too hard it left a mark. Overall I'd do it again but those are just some things to keep in mind for anyone shopping around.
