This is such a great play set. My children have loved it and it is incredible. It did take quite some time to install, so make sure to account for extra help when doing the set up. It took about 5 days of 4 hour sections after work to get it done, but it has been worth it! It feels sturdy, the colors are great, the material really does hold up, and it has been a great addition to our backyard. I would definitely recommend this to anyone on the fence, great buy for the kiddos.

Putting together ourselves was a bit tedious but we got there. The app helped more than the booklet for the instructions, some of the instructions didn't line up. But we got it to work out. The kids and neighbor kids love this swingset. Definitely worth it!

We got this swingset in the spring and my husband and father put it together. It was definitely a job to put together, took them a whole week but now that it's done we love it! It's perfect for my son who is 9 and my daughters who are 2! They all have a blast playing on it! We've received tons of compliments too as it is such a beautiful swingset!

Not worth the money, cheap wood that compresses under pressure and becomes unsafe over time. I have to regularly re tighten EVERY SCREW on the play set to keep it from coming loose and becoming dangerously unstable. The bolts that connect the swings to the horizontal support regularly come loose and cause the chains on the swing to fall off. When I contacted backyard discovery they told me that it was not assembled properly and I have to regularly tighten ALL OF THE SCREWS. This swing set is dangerous and you should look elsewhere!!!

When my 2 and 4 year olds seeing the entire platform structure twists and creaks. It is scary - not normal. We’ve had this less than a year. Bolts are working their way out. How can I spend this much on something that isn’t even safe for my children?! I’m so angry that my kids have to look at an unsafe swingset they can’t even get on. The brackets holding the swings are loose and they can’t even swing.

I want so bad to give this swingset 5 stars, because my kids still love it and know no difference. But from the parent/builder perspective, a few tips/flaws I can point out is to open ALL the boxes and sort the pieces out before starting. The very first steps pieces are in box 3 instead of 1 like you would think. The top level window pieces have also fallen out for us multiple times, so we ended up replacing the screws with longer ones than what was provided. And the magnetic “secret” door was missing one of the wood planks, at least in our package. Overall, it took about 2.5 days for 2-3 people to assemble, the kids have played on it daily, and it’s worth it for the joy the kids can experience in their own backyard. We also purchased fake crochet bees nest and hung them up on the swingset, because bees were immediately swarming it to build nests.

I purchased this item on December 7th with an expected delivery date of December 19th. Since December 15th, the tracking has shown no updates and the package appears to be sitting with no movement. I have called multiple times and have not received any clear information about where the package is or when it will be delivered. It is now December 21st, and we still have not received the order, which was intended as a Christmas gift. This was a $1,400 purchase, and the lack of communication and resolution has been extremely frustrating. At this point, I am regretting the decision to purchase this item.

We built this swingset about a month ago and my kids have been spending time on it every day! We love that there is room for kids of all ages. My 15 month old loves the tunnel and rope swing, and my 4 year old is really enjoying all the features from the rope ladder, to rock wall, to lookout tower! I especially love that the ceilings are pitched allowing for ample headspace for taller kids or adults! It took a full day for 2 adults to put together, but certainly worth the time!

The quality of the materials and the hardware supplied is very good. The assembly process took a total of 13 days, not full days, but it was a lot of concentration and work. I benefited greatly from the advice and reviews of others who gave simple extras to help me on the assembly path. The results are very good. It was simply a lot of work.

love this set!! (so do all the neighborhood kids) relatively simple build, but repetitive. It took us about a week to put together (working only in the evenings) the only thing i have a little problem with is the fact that the whole set moves when the kids swing. MAKE SURE YOU ATRACH THE GROUND STAKES. otherwise the swing end will rock off the ground and given the sway of the set, withlut the stakes the whole thing could go over. with the stakes its an awesome play set. I'd have been the coolest kid on the block with one of these in my childhood.
