There's so much to say about this playset. Let's start with the pros. To begin with, it's beautiful. If you're one of those people that don't want absurdly bright toys and are looking for more an aesthetic, this playset is it, I get so many compliments. I also really love all the elements it has, from physical components to imaginative play and creative aspects that other playsets don't offer (like the tunnel and secret door). It truly has something for everyone and there's something to do in every nook and cranny. Now for the cons. For one, dear God putting it together is a feat. Pay for assembly. Let me repeat myself - PAY FOR ASSEMBLY. It took me almost a week to put this together working many hours a day with the help of various friends and family, though they'll probably ignore my phone calls now. The instructions are relatively easy to follow and the app is helpful, but I wish at least one of the two would notate more specifically how to frame the thing, or rather what specific side to position things. It would tell you that you need to use part A12 (for example) for the frame and three days later when you're attaching the swing set you notice that the board should have been flipped because there is a specific hole to now drill into. Things could have just been more clearly labeled, because I ended up having to jerry-rig the last few steps and drill new holes. I'm guessing most playsets are like this though, so I'm not sure it's specific to this one. Also, it's hella tall. Like I realize it's 3 stories but I guess I didn't realize just how tall it is. My poor neighbors, I can see everything in their back yard now. Speaking of which, it's definitely made for smaller kids. I'm 5'4" and have to duck to get into it and move around. Obviously it's not meant for me but if you're getting it for a taller or heavier child you may want to reconsider. My only other complaint is that the wood is so incredibly soft. You look at a plank sideways and it has a ding. I barely graced one of the legs with the handle of the lawnmower and it now has a huge chunk in it. My son wanted to help me build the playset and if he set his play hammer down too hard it left a mark. Overall I'd do it again but those are just some things to keep in mind for anyone shopping around.

Horrible. We have had it for 2years and the wood started chipping immediately and looks awful. The door sags in the corner so it won't shut right and gets stuck. So disappointing for the amount we paid.

13 of the hardware packets were missing. Had to call and get them 5 times as the first time they were sent they were all just thrown into 2 bags with no idea what they were.

Our kids love it so much and it’s really a good looking playground. Downfalls, it took my husband 4 days to build it because he basically had to do it by himself. It’s for sure a 2 person job. The wood is very soft so it’s easy to damage. The worst part was probably the fact that it came in 4 boxes (all of which were well over 100 lbs) and you had to open alll of them to get started and organize them before you can even start.

Once I started to separate all the pieces, I was over whelmed. Then I just started one page at a time. Had my son-in-law helping and it went good. There were also extra bolts and screws just incase you drop and loose one. The directions are perfect. All the holes line up. My granddaughter loves it, well worth the money. Now, here is the negative parts. I am missing the magnet part for the door to keep closed. Read carefully which washers to use. There are many, and i didn't pay attention and ran out of washers to fit at he end. Had a lot of little ones, but nit medium. My fault. Overall, this was a great project.

We love this set so much! It took me and my husband 3 hours to really prep everything (laying out all the wood, organizing the hardware and labeling it, hauling it all to our backyard). Then it took my husband and 2 neighbors 10 hours one day and then they finished up a second day with about 3 hours. They said directions were easy to follow and we didn't run into any issues. Nice to have someone who is handy helping to troubleshoot as you go! Our kids are obsessed. In my opinion it's the most “bang for your buck” because there's so many features that make it unique and it's huge! I wanted something lots of kids could come play on and it exceeds that expectation!

I purchased this item on December 7th with an expected delivery date of December 19th. Since December 15th, the tracking has shown no updates and the package appears to be sitting with no movement. I have called multiple times and have not received any clear information about where the package is or when it will be delivered. It is now December 21st, and we still have not received the order, which was intended as a Christmas gift. This was a $1,400 purchase, and the lack of communication and resolution has been extremely frustrating. At this point, I am regretting the decision to purchase this item.

if first like to say it is a very pretty playground, with the slide, tu,el, mountain climb ing etc.... but for us we've had this item for like 7 months and the wood already has cracks in several places, and is now not so durable .I was hoping it would last us at least 3 yrs.
