I have five large boxes and a plastic slide that have been sitting in my garage for 15 days. We paid $1000 dollars for a professional install. They scheduled the install for today never showed up or called. The third party company takes anywhere from 1-3 days to respond to messages. Trying to get Sams to refund my installation so that I can hire someone on my own has been very frustrating. Hopefuly its a nice set, but currently its just an eyesore in my garage teasing two small boys who are waiting anxiously for it to be built.

Made from very cheap wood. I used ratchets and screwdrivers for the build and was still splitting pieces of wood (that already had pilot holes by the way). Oh also it says pre-drilled, but youve got to drill about 180 pilot holes on your own throughout the process. Dont believe the people that say they built it themselves because i am pretty sure they were paid to leave a good review. Valley company the company that ships it is the absolute worst as well. All in all, the worst product I've ever purchased.

I bought this for my grandbabies and when it was assembled the first level split we put wood glue and proceeded and thought maybe human error. Then the ladder did not touch the ground, my last straw was when they connected the swings and he got on and the beam split. I had to pay someone to put it together I am not paying to have it disassembled. But I did request for them to come and get it. Neither I or my 73 yr old mom are capable of taking ir apart.

I got this one for my girl. Took time to put together but directions was SPOT on. Every hole was pre drilled and fit. Every bolt nut and screw was numbered and fit. I’m very happy with it and darn glad I spent the money for it. And my little girl not old enough to tell me but her actions sure shows my she loves it. If anyone wants to see it just go to my profile and I’ve posted pictures..

Like previous reviews mentioned, the wood cracks shortly after assembly, peeling stain, safety concern at rhe secret staircase entrance from the top, the slide is super awkward, and assembly takes a crazy amount of time. I would not recommend it for the price and longevity. We've only had it for a couple of months and i dont see it lasting more than a year or two. I do no recommend this playset.

Pros: it's pretty Cons: quality is lacking at the least. The pre drilled holes in some sections are not in a straight line so you'll either have slants or need to drill new holes if it's off by a good bit. The Door will sag a month in and the wood will start to crack almost immediately. Overall: while the playset is pretty, the price is astronomical compared to the quality and durability it offers. If I were to go back in time I would not repurchase this set.

The wood is very soft and cheap. After having it for only 4 months and only 2 kids playing on it, the bolts are backing out and the wood is cracking on the tower. We have had to re-tighten the bolts in many places 4 times in the 4 months. The whole thing twists when my 50 lb son swings. I don't feel safe with my children on this playset. I am VERY disappointed with the quality and safety of this product for such a large purchase!

This was one of the worst purchases we have ever made. Most things we get at Sam's club seem to be really good.. well put together.... And as described. This was the cheapest.. broken.. purchase we have ever made. The wood is splitting.. The main support bemis split.. missing screws. We're not even through putting it up. Just taking it out of the package we were appalled. Beware.. Read all of the reviews.. Don't do what we did. This playset is not worth $100 whether alone close to $2,000.

Mentioning the pickett tool on the step it is needed would be helpful. Didnt realize it existed because it was in a box of parts we didnt need at that step and hadnt unpacked it. Also, would be nice to have some sort of railing or netting in the tower. My kid immediately tried to climb onto the roof from the tower section. Sinking in the augers was a pain. Would love to have recommendations to make that process easier. Overall, great playset. My kiddo absolutely loves it. Haven't been able to keep him off of it.

Our kids love it so much and it’s really a good looking playground. Downfalls, it took my husband 4 days to build it because he basically had to do it by himself. It’s for sure a 2 person job. The wood is very soft so it’s easy to damage. The worst part was probably the fact that it came in 4 boxes (all of which were well over 100 lbs) and you had to open alll of them to get started and organize them before you can even start.
