I can say it’s perfect even compare to other Philips products. The only issue that I have is the power button. It’s super sensitive and you can cut your hairs by mistake. I had 3 other Philips and I dont have this kind of weird problem with them. Other than that it’s totally worth every penny

The product makes it very easy to cut/ trim your hair. The various attachments are extremely useful. Now I don’t need to go to the barber every 15 days, I can trim my hair at home. It’s total value for money at the same time saving the barber costs and time involved.

Due to coronavirus my husband needed a hair cut desperately! Used it to cut his hair. With all the attachments I was able to trim his moustache, hair in ears, nose and eyebrows without cutting him. Charged quickly. Convenient little bag for all all the pieces...he’s looking good and we’re still married!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is what I use to trim my hair and beard. I was disappointed in having to purchase the same product again after the first one stopped working after 5+ years. Nothing compared so I purchased another.

Works very well but difficult to switch heads/tools without turning shaver on due to close proximity of on/off switch. Also, colour of the plastic for the body trimmers vs. beard trimmers is too similar. Case is nice; slightly larger printing on the instruction sheet would be welcome.

Overall I loved the product specially the battery life after one full charge is incredible. I am really impressed by the power. The only problem that I could figure out is the blades are too sharp, I end up getting cuts and nics every time I trim. Philips should do something about it otherwise a great product. I do recommend this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Multigroom 9000 is very nice. A really solid piece of equipment that is powerful and easy to use. I did not give 5 stars because the attachment kit, and carrier and instructions leave a lot to be desired. No doubt figuring out the attachments and how best to use will come with time. Despite this mild criticism my actual results have been satisfactory so far anyway. The carrier (brown, zippered) is really no better than a bag. It doesn't provide for storing anything in any order. A separate case is available but the one that comes with it is kind of useless. Philips should put out some how-to videos for getting the best results using each of the attachments -- it isn't obvious from the simplified instructions what attachment to use and how to use it.

Well, Needed to replace my 20 year old razor and my beard trimmer, which was as old. Found this little kit, awesome kit should I say and all works really well. My hair is perfect, shave nicely and I like that there are multiple length blades for the trimming part. Same for the beard, as I shaved my manly parts and worked very well. As for the close shave, well, you have to be patient, you need to go back a couple times to make sure it is shaved properly as the head is small. Other than that, Love this little thing!

Very long battery life between charges. I can use it once a week to trim my beard and not have to charge it for a month or 2. Very strong motor and sharp teeth that cut easy through thick hair. On/off button though is in a place where you want to rest your thumb so I inadvertently shut it off a couple of times each cutting session. Must use an attachment over areas of loose skin or wrinkles since teeth are very sharp and if device isn't at a perfect angle it will cut through the skin and make it bleed.
