Overall this is a great product - it does a nice trimming job, is very sturdy and I especially like that it can be rinsed under water, which makes for easy cleaning. However, it is much heavier than the 5000, and less comfortable to hold. My only gripe is with the grip - I periodically turn it off by accident because of the small grip area above the easily-pressed power switch.

The unit works very well with excellent results. It never catches your hair. It is compact and serves all my needs. The only improvements I would suggest: 1. Include how to lock it off in the manual. 2. Make the various combs easier to distinguish by contrasting the colors more and increasing the font for the comb sizes. 3. Still haven’t been able to separate the bottom from top (instruction 25)

A great product with multiple cutting heads and guards. It is quiet with very little vibration. Easy to hold. Design of the On/Off switch is poor. It is a pressure switch contoured to the handle which makes it easy to turn off the groomer when you are holding it while grooming.

I purchased this product to replace a classic wired hair trimmer. What attracted me to this kit is that it offered everything! It does hair, beard, nose and ears hair, and even shave. It does almost all of these perfectly. It lost a star on my rating because the shaving apparatus is not powerful enough. But, to be fair, it is only designed to clean up around the trim lines. All in all, this is an excellent product for the price.

This is a great hair clipper/grooming product. It is lightweight and easy to use. The numerous attachments make the Multigroom a versatile device for self-grooming at home. Setup and cleanup are a breeze. Being cordless, there is no power cord to get in the way.

Great product which could use some better directions on the purpose of each accessory. It was purchased on sale but Sam's Club charged sales tax on the full retail price, not the price paid. I can't believe their order processing system made such a mistake.

The attachments are well thought out, extensive -- even an "eyebrow" comb, which seems to be meant for the hirsute ;-) Also the weight and feel of the shaver it self is well-suited, good in the hand - and doesn't ellicit a loud or abhorrent sound.

I had an old Philips beard trimmer which I really liked but was wearing out. I bought two different trimmers to try and replace it but they pulled my hair which was so painful I couldn’t use them. Finally I found this new Philips trimmer, and it works very well. The battery life is very impressive!
