[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The good - smoother and quieter blade movement. Decent build quality. The bad - My old trimmer had a foil shaver and a precision trimmer attachment. Series 9000 does not come with it. Cannot use old Philips trimmer charger on Series 9000. Why are customers being forced to pay for a USB adapter, instead of a direct plug in adapter? Atleast maintain compatibility with older charger plugs. Phones for example are mandated to have USB C - and Philips is taking a step backwards.

I especially like this product for trimming the hair in my nose and ears. It's very versatile so I use it to trim my eyebrows mustache, sideburns and clean up around neck and ears between haircuts. It's lightweight, has plenty of power, long charge time, easy to use and doesn't take up much room. I highly recommend it. This would make a great Christmas present.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This multigroomer set is by far the best grooming device I’ve ever had. Fast, efficient and versatile. It does a great job with its multiple attachments and long lasting charge. Good quality at a great price.

The main unit is good quality but the trimming accessory pieces are not marked/identified insofar as what each piece is used for. Obviously I know what the nose/ear trimmer and razor is but none of the trimming pieces are marked/identified ie. beard trimmer or hair trimmer. One has to guess or through trial and error to find which trimmer does what.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product does not stay charged, thought it was defective. Tried to charge several times. It stopped after less than a minute. Replaced with another one. Same problem. Returned it. I will not use it again. my older version was much more efficient and useful.

I've had my Multigroom 7000 for about two months, and I'm very pleased with it. The parts clip on easily and there's a lot of versatility with the different heads/combs. Most importantly, none of the heads have ever yanked hairs out of my face, so I'm really confident when using it. It's confusing on the website as to whether the 7000 is waterproof. My instructions say it's "shower-proof", and I've used it in there with no issues. But perhaps it depends on the exact model number. I think Philips should be more clear about that. The worst part about the package is the useless bag that Philips includes for holding the accessories. It's actually takes away from the value of the clippers. Philips isn't alone in this behaviour, but it's a letdown to have one part be so bad when everything else is so good. I ended up 3D-printing my own custom tray to organize the heads/combs on my countertop and buying a $4 case that I'll use for travel. The tray makes it so much easier to pick out the comb I want, rather than having to fish around in a black bag to find the right one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The trimmer blades are so well-made that they won't irritate your skin provided you don't use too much pressure. It's a significant improvement over my prior trimmer. There are many great attachments for different purposes.  Many other shavers are available for various lengths.  Cleaning is easy  under running water. The battery stay for several shaves.

The Multigroom 9000 is fantastic. I have used it approximately 7 times so far on one charge. It is still going strong. Customer service is great. When I received the shaver, one of the 2 mm guards had a bent tooth from factory. I called Philips and within 15 minutes, the rep stated that another one will be sent out. I received the new guard within 5 days. The attachments are well built. The only negative that I can say is that I wish the foil shaver was a little wider,it is only 3/4 in wide. For those of you out there that are wondering, (like I did), you can use the two of the attachments to clean up the sensitive area down south. The unit itself is very quiet and has a nice weight to it. The nose and ear attachment works great. There are so many attachments that I will never use half of them but I can see this satisfying a wide variety of customers with different needs. I am very pleased with this unit.

Love this shaver / trimmer. The battery was charged the day I got it, and is still going - 2 weeks later. Great for trimming my beard, and some closer shaving around it. More attachments than I will need, but the ones I need are there. My precious trimmer was corded, and it is a real pleasure to move around without a cord.
