I've been very impressed with the Philips 7000 Series Trimmer. The USB charging is incredibly convenient, especially when travelling, and the battery life easily lasted through a week away without needing to be recharged. The trimmer comes with a great selection of trimming heads and, if anything, almost too many guide combs to choose from! It's versatile enough for just about any grooming task, and the overall build quality feels excellent. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend the Philips 7000 Series Trimmer to anyone looking for a reliable, versatile, and well-designed grooming tool.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is Norelco's top of the line Trimmer with it's most powerful motor, the longest life battery, and the largest array of attachments. The Multigroom 7000 has quite handily replaced my Sideburn Trimmer, my Nose hair trimmer, and my Eyebrow Trimmer, and it does all three much better than the cheap battery operated variants I've been using. Most of the time they barely worked or the batteries were dead from sitting. I chose this Trimmer because it is the latest 2017 Model, it has the largest capacity battery, and because it also included an eyebrow Trimmer. The 5 hour battery is a huge plus. Nothing worse than grabbing a tool and having the battery be dead! Other reviewers have commented that the battery lasts a very, very, long time. Which is in keeping with other Norelco products I've had. Highlights: • Unit can be used if the battery is dead by plugging it in! This is a GREAT feature! • VERY Powerful. It's got a tempered steel reinforced Motor for long life and it will cut through anything I've thrown at it easily. • Tools are very easy to change out. Simply Tilt the cutting head backwards (front to back) and it pops right off. Installing is the reverse, back to front. Shaving guides slip over the sharp end at the FRONT and the tabs click into place over the back. Very slick and very quick. If you are looking for the highest quality small scale personal trimmer available on Amazon, you have found it. It has every attachment known to man, and while I don't need them all, it's nice to have them if I ever do. I keep the unused attachments in the bag that came with it in another drawer, just in case I ever decide to get creative... It's especially nice to only have ONE tool in my drawer with my Electric Shaver. Neat and organized, and I never have to worry about a dead battery with this unit, since it works while plugged in. In summation, It's a nice looking unit, has a great feel, and is well balanced. It's got the highest capacity battery they make, a very strong motor, and tool changes are quick and easy. It's reduces clutter in my drawer and has given me everything I've been looking for in one tool. I could not be happier. I have submitted a quick video to show just how easy Tool changes are. There's no point in having an "all in one" if it's a hassle to use. This one makes it quick and easy and the Tools work wonderfully well.

I appreciated the fact the trimmer was part of the shaver instead of being a separate part. I've now used it on two extended holidays, and found the battery life to be excellent. Recharging, when required, is effortless Cleaning is a bit different than past Phillips shavers (it now uses power from the shaver) is easy and effective.

The Multigroom 9000 is fantastic. I have used it approximately 7 times so far on one charge. It is still going strong. Customer service is great. When I received the shaver, one of the 2 mm guards had a bent tooth from factory. I called Philips and within 15 minutes, the rep stated that another one will be sent out. I received the new guard within 5 days. The attachments are well built. The only negative that I can say is that I wish the foil shaver was a little wider,it is only 3/4 in wide. For those of you out there that are wondering, (like I did), you can use the two of the attachments to clean up the sensitive area down south. The unit itself is very quiet and has a nice weight to it. The nose and ear attachment works great. There are so many attachments that I will never use half of them but I can see this satisfying a wide variety of customers with different needs. I am very pleased with this unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't been able to find an ear and nose attachment that sufficiently cuts the nose and ear hair. Maybe the circular rotating blade isn't the best design. I don't know but everyone I buy just seems to make a lot of noise in my ear and nose but seldom cuts the hair and even when it does it doesn't cut it close to the skin.

Excellent shaver while it lasted. Purchased in Dec 2018 and was possibly the best beard and hair trimmer I've ever owned due to precision, attachments and battery life, BUT 16 months later (Apr 2020) the charging port and base COMPLETELY BROKE away from the razor exposing the battery with no ability to charge or repair. I would like to claim warranty service since it has a 5yr warranty. If I can not get Philips customer assistance on this item, I will be forced to replace it with a more durable brand.

Replaced with another one. Same problem. Returned it. I will not use it again. my older version was much more efficient and useful.
