[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit does a great job, and I would have given 4.5 stars if that were an option. I shave my head once a week (with no guard), and I keep a short trimmed beard, so I use it often, and it has proven itself. Some highlights are that it charges quickly, the battery lasts a long time, it's easy to clean, and it came with attachments for every use case. My only criticism is that the attachment I use the most is not built as well as I would have liked; that's the adjustable guard for shorter lengths. It still works, and I love the expanded range of settings between 1 and 3, but the guard is not perfectly secure. The adjustable guard has a small amount of give, and the vibration of the unit makes it rattle. It's a minor issue, but it makes a lot of noise. This is not an issue you experience with any of the fixed guards. The amount of give in the adjustable guard doesn't seem to affect the consistency of the length setting to a degree that I've noticed with the resulting trim. That being said, I still highly recommend the unit.

There is a lot of attachments, but was easily able to experiment and find the attachments that worked for me. It is also small and easy to take on road trips. So far it’s an excellent choice.

I did not want to buy more products to satisfy my personal needs to groom. Phillips put it in one unit makes it easier to carry in bathroom or even travel with it. Would of like it if it came in a carrying bag.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall great product, performance, service. One weak point is the locking tab on the dial multi setting comb. My original tab broke. It was replaced by Phillips. Im now very careful installing and removing this comb so as not to put undo stress on that locking tab.
