Overall I loved the product specially the battery life after one full charge is incredible. I am really impressed by the power. The only problem that I could figure out is the blades are too sharp, I end up getting cuts and nics every time I trim. Philips should do something about it otherwise a great product. I do recommend this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beard and eyebrow attachments are my most used. The ear and nose trimmer could be better by cutting closer to the skin. Body shaver as well. But for travel, having all of the trimming/maintenance attachments with the trimmer unit rather than packing multiple tools is why I purchased. Nice carrying case and the trimmer itself is pleasant to hold, has a good heft to it and works well without pulling hairs. This design does not lend to accidentally hitting the power button while I'm using it.

The Philips Multigroom series 7000 is a quality product that feels comfortable in the users hand and performs as expected. I would certainly recommend this product though I also acknowledge a few minor design flaws. 1. The handle, while well built and comfortable to use, is slippery and requires added attention when adjusting your grip so you don't end up dropping it. 2. The blades, when being used directly on the scalp for an extra fine trim, scratch a more than other brands we've tried. I advise a more gentle touch. 3. The placement of the on/off button is not great! This is probably my biggest complaint as adjustments in my grip usually leads to the button being hit and the tool being turned off. The slippery handle does not help here!

This is a very high quality product. I used it four times to trim my hair. The start stop switch is located in a position and sensitivity that it gets triggered causing it to stop when you are reaching back or side of your hair. You don't have this problem with beard as you have good control of the trimmer and starts stop switch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall great product, performance, service. One weak point is the locking tab on the dial multi setting comb. My original tab broke. It was replaced by Phillips. Im now very careful installing and removing this comb so as not to put undo stress on that locking tab.

This is a great machine. It is replacing a 3000 series bought years ago that in the end was more pain than anything else. It has a wide variety of pieces to attach to it that offers a good enough choice of lengths. I was surprised by the "nose and ears hair accessory". At first i was like, this will be useless... but after trying it it revealed to be a really nice touch! It cuts really well, but it's new... time will tell how long it is acting as new. The one thing that I could say negative about it is the power button... for me, it is too much sensitive and it is located exactly where my hands applies pressure so at times it turns off while shaving. But overall I'm happy with it and I think it is well made and sturdy.

I would highly recommend this specific trimmer, the reason being that you would always want to look good and for that this is the perfect tool. Completely waterproof and now I don't visit the barber every fortnight. Kind of high priced but once in a lifetime purchase with 5 years warranty!!!

It was an impulse buy but I don’t regret it. Comes with an impressive variety of cutting heads, combs, and accessories. Didn’t think I would need them but it turns out that I do. It charged up quickly and holds the charge for quite awhile. Quiet in operation and easy to clean. Blades and combs lock positively in place.

The product works well, but I'm giving it a 2 star only due to the location of the power button. It's in the worst possible place, right below where they place a grip pad where you are supposed to put your finger. I am constantly inadvertently powering it off while using it. They couldn't have put the power button in a worse spot.
