The device will be dead using in six times. I only have used six times. Then after it ran out. It has a label guarantee for 8 years but I don't know what should i do.

Stopped working entirely after 3 usages. Very bad product and do not recommend to anyone! One use all good, when I tried to use it again its dead, just blinking like the battery is out (its not, checked). Shameful for a "premium"

Well, Needed to replace my 20 year old razor and my beard trimmer, which was as old. Found this little kit, awesome kit should I say and all works really well. My hair is perfect, shave nicely and I like that there are multiple length blades for the trimming part. Same for the beard, as I shaved my manly parts and worked very well. As for the close shave, well, you have to be patient, you need to go back a couple times to make sure it is shaved properly as the head is small. Other than that, Love this little thing!

Quiet operation and seems to have a long battery life so far. I keep on accidentally turning it on and off. Not sure if it's because of the placement of the switch but whenever I am shaving my finger accidentally brushes the switch. Either the on/off switch needs to be relocated to a different area or needs to be changed to a firmer switch so that it is not so easy to accidentally turn on/off. It would be good also if the foil shaver attachment can be made wider to cover more area.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a replacement for the trimmer that I had for nearly 20 years. It is much more advanced than the old one. It has USB charging (you supply the charger).It has 19 attachments for trimming. The last one had 4. This one has two cutter heads, large and small, with attachments for each. It makes it very confusing figuring out which one to use. The old one had one adjustable comb which I used to trim my beard, mustache and eyebrows. There is one comb for eyebrows, which fits the small cutter head. For trimming my beard, I need the large trimming head with a comb, all of which are marked in millimeters. Through trial and error, I finally figuredout which one to use.

Have had alot of different types and brands in my life, but without a doubt this is the best I have ever had, will never buy anything other then this again. Battery life is outstanding, easy to use. Cuts through any type of hair with ease. You won't regret it

I love it; easy to use with a lot of power, and with all the different features, you do not need any other kinds of trimmers. The only reason that I rated it with four stars is that I need to shave my head after use my trimmer. Probably any other trimmer can completely remove all hair but will be a wonderful feature to think about.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far the best rechargeable trimmer that I have ever owned, and I've gone through quite a few. It has a very smooth operation and is quite compared to others. It has so many attachments that it can get confusing to choose the one you are wanting to use. It would be nice if the storage bag allowed all of them to be organized instead of just thrown in. Other than that it is a great choice and I highly recommend it.

I've had my Multigroom 7000 for about two months, and I'm very pleased with it. The parts clip on easily and there's a lot of versatility with the different heads/combs. Most importantly, none of the heads have ever yanked hairs out of my face, so I'm really confident when using it. It's confusing on the website as to whether the 7000 is waterproof. My instructions say it's "shower-proof", and I've used it in there with no issues. But perhaps it depends on the exact model number. I think Philips should be more clear about that. The worst part about the package is the useless bag that Philips includes for holding the accessories. It's actually takes away from the value of the clippers. Philips isn't alone in this behaviour, but it's a letdown to have one part be so bad when everything else is so good. I ended up 3D-printing my own custom tray to organize the heads/combs on my countertop and buying a $4 case that I'll use for travel. The tray makes it so much easier to pick out the comb I want, rather than having to fish around in a black bag to find the right one.
