I was disappointed with my purchase because the device I purchased was faulty and did not charge or work. I had to drive the 60 min trip one way to the store and wait in line to return. This was a 4 hour headache that really disappointed me. I have a new unit and the battery life seems to be low.

Hair bits get under the removable cutting blade and into the chamber underneath where the motor is, where the hair mixes with the grease that lubricates the motor. Just generally unpleasant to clean properly. Removing/swapping the cutting blade to get at this chamber is also tricky to do without turning on the unit by accident (just the way the on/off button is prominently positioned). It's not really dangerous if you turn it on by accident while taking off the blade, just kind of surprising.

Overall covers all my needs. I especially like the "stubble 1mm" head, which is typically used to maintain that "5-o'clock shadow look", bit I like it for shaving my whole head, it's far better than buzzing it without a cover, and the typical 3mm is far too long.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This trimmer is light and easy to use. Has many options for trimming guides. I enjoyed the fading guides when I cut my hair. It also has other cutting head tools such as nosal hair cutter. Also charging is quicker than the other brand one which I had before.

It's VERY quiet compared to other trimmers and even shavers I've used, and has almost vibration in the hand. The (stainless steel?) body feels very high quality. It comes with a broad and useful assortment of attachments, however there is no way to keep them organized. It just comes with a nice drawstring bag to hold everything. When I use the trimmer, I have to dump everything out of the bag onto a table, and search the pile for the piece(s) I need. I wish it came with some kind of tray where the pieces snap into place in a logical order.

My 25 years old Philips beard trimmer still going doesn't cut this close. The trimming on this is very close and expected. Its more quite and easier to clean. My first one failed and didn't work at all. It was replaced under warranty. A very good father day gift.

So far so good after two months. I'm quite happy with the amount of trims that you can do with this product. Many different lengths to choose from from 7 mm up to a nice close shave. Bought this too use instead of a regular razor and shaving cream, it has definitely saved time and money by not having to buy razors or shaving cream.

It has a very smooth operation and is quite compared to others. It has so many attachments that it can get confusing to choose the one you are wanting to use. It would be nice if the storage bag allowed all of them to be organized instead of just thrown in. Other than that it is a great choice and I highly recommend it.

This was purchased to originally give my kids haircuts during the covid 19 thing which made all the hair shops close in my city. You can just feel the quality in this product, it's made of metal and is weighted really good. It worked flawlessly giving my kids their hair cuts, and I was so impressed that I even let the wife use it on me right afterwards. I am so happy about all the attachments and clipper heads included in this set. I would 100% recommend this product to anyone, my father even bought one right after he seen my kids hair cuts. I also used this to do rough grooming on my two teacup size dog breeds that have very fine hair with no issue either. Definitely a piece of mind knowing there is a 5 year warranty attached to this clipper as well.

I owned a Phillips trimmer for the past 11 years, which still works, but the battery life has gotten really bad. Bought this one reluctantly, since I wasn't used to so many attachments. But I like the pouch they give to keep everything safe. I also didn't realize how much I'd like the nose attachment. It's really easy to take off and attach pieces.
