Being able to plug in any device and the tv recognizes it instantly and even creates a new tab for the device is great! Overall a great experience, would recommend to anyone!

my last 1 star review was not posted so I presumed that there's is a lot more negative review that they do not want to show to make it look better than actual is. System is slow, and lags, yet connected with my 1.5 gb internet speed. moving around options is slow. the finish is poor compare to older Samsung, where back panel is not uniformed and is exposing internal components in 1 of the corner. Online chat is useless

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With the Q80 being the new top of the regular QLED line it's hands down the best of the QLED models greater backlight control makes the image that much better. If you can't do Neo QLED or OLED go for the Q80 without a question. If you like bright quality images you won't be let down. Any of Samsung's tvs in any range will suit your needs and budget.

The sound is OK, but I felt the need for a sound bar, which made a large difference to a fuller sound experience. I use a fire stick and this Samsung T. V. Works very well with it. To my surprise, there is a lot of free T. V. options from the Samsung itself. Overall, I am very happy with our purchase and will definitely consider a new Samsung in the future.

The q60b has a terrific screen but from certain viewing angles it begins to fade. The sound output can be is not as rich as it can be. But for the most part I'm getting my money's worth from this television in this price range.

I prefer the Roku to the smart TV feature as it's easier to use with my surround sound system. With the excellent quality of the picture when streaming in 4K and with my surround sound system i have a theater like experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded to a 85in QLED 80 series from a 55in Sony. CANNOT BELIEVE what I've been missing. My experience with TV and games has totally changed! Definitely recommend going for the biggest one you can fit in your space!. I have seen virtually no input lag or judder. Picture quality is 2nd to none. The darks aren't super dark but they are still plenty good. The software and user interface is SUPER smooth and easy to use! Extremely happy with my purchase!
