The Samsung 85" QLED is great. The delivery service was awful. They only deliver to my area once a week, and they won't tell you what day that is until the day before the delivery. It was like I was serving them and not the other way around. They didn't keep their promises to call me on a specific day, and it took two weeks to receive my TV once they had it. I believe it would have been longer, except I called Sams Club customer service and got them involved.

This is exactly what I've been looking for, all the highline specifications that I wanted in the 85" category at an amazing Sam's Club price! The picture is absolutely incredible! I highly recommend this exact model to anyone considering a larger tv!!!

I'm so excited to have chosen this TV for my family room! It fit perfectly and with all the latest features on it was a no brainer for me not to make the purchase! I will strongly recommend it!

 I'm very happy with my Samsung 85' TV purchase. This is an impressive TV with remarkable features. It took me a while to make the decision to buy after researching several brands because I didn't want to make a wrong choice. Though delivery took one whole week away. I am absolutely amazed with the picture quality, theater sound, and endless apps. Also, the solar charging remote control is an excellent feature and navigating the home page is very easy. The TV pairs with my Samsung phone and I am able to operate the TV from my phone as well.

The TV itself is great - quality picture and sound. However, the base plate was not drilled for the screws to mount to the arm. So, dealing with the factory to get a replacement. The 85" is BIG and requires 2-3 people to handle. Nothing lightweight about this TV LOL

So far I love the TV, the picture quality is amazing and I don't have anything bad to say about the TV. I have the Samsung sound bar and subwoofer, and it does wonders giving it a theater like sound. I rated it a 4 because i haven't plugged my PS5 to it yet but if you're not into gaming this TV should be a solid 4 or 5 star rating for you especially if you want a big 85 inch tv in your home.

TV is very good so far. Delivery was quite frustrating. Changed delivery day 1.5 days prior and despited talking to carrier mjltiple times, to coordinate, TV was abandoned outside in windy Wyoming leanind up against my garage door.

I bought this TV which had additional inventive for streaming...i have called Sams about 5 times already and nobody seem to know about the streaming package

This was supposedly supposed to come with warranty and $100 visa gift card. We got the tv but not the warranty nor the gift card. I did online order and pickup at store. No one can seem to help me and keeps passing it off to other groups. Disappointed in Sams.

TV needed repair as soon as we got it. We had to schedule a service provider to come and install a new board. Also, I was supposed to receive a $200 E Gift card and have not received it. Was that a scam?
