The picture quality is horrible. I had a Samsung before this one and this picture quality is not even close to the older model

Sams club promised cash card for$200 when purchased and they have not come through. I am having to prove they advertized it which is crazy.

The TV itself is great. The bundle for the 5 months of streaming service is bogus…Samsung; need I say more.

The TV works well. My issue is that I have contacted customer service three times and have still not received the $100 promotional gift card that was advertised with this TV

OMG! I tell you we're glued to the TV. The picture quality on this tv is fire. A special shout out to the salesman who educated my husband and I on the difference in LED/QLED/OLED.

Very poor customer service after the sale. Warning the shipping company drops it at your sidewalk and leaves although it states they will bring it inside and take away the garbage.

This was the SECOND 85" Samsung That I Had To Order! As The First Had Been A RETRUNED ONE, Repacked and Attempted To Pass Off Me!!! I Lost My $20 Gift Card , Three Weeks of My Time!!! I Would Like to Speak with an Upper Level Sam's Management about This, if Sam's WANTS My Buying Anything Else!

Overall, the TV is not bad. I had some problems during setup where the wireless network wouldn't connect nor the remote would work, but a reset fixed it and haven't had any problems since. The main issue was delivery. Took longer than expected and the delivery company had some minor issues.

It is a good television but I had to play around with picture settings to get a great picture. Even after that it isn't quite as sharp as my older television. I think it's the black levels because the white washes out a lot. Also, it is suppose to come with the five year warranty but I have not received that yet and it's been over a month since the purchase.
