I am happy with the product and for the service to put 40pound bags in my car BUT I waited 30 minutes in my car and you now charge 4$ fee. That is absurd and unacceptable, not market standard

The pellets do not look white, it's more like a grayish color. And it leaves your tank looking nasty. I've seen a lot of similar complaints but no solutions.

Morton Salt not what it used to be.

The salt required for a water softener is pretty basic and Morton salt fills the bill at a competitive price in nice packaging with handles.  The super luxury of home delivery to the door is wonderful.  I have back issues, and home delivery is a beloved luxury.
