Mine recently started to get slow when I turn it on. It take longer to connect to the internet so my streaming apps can go online.

This thing has completely upgraded how I watch movies, play games, and even enjoy sports. If you’re thinking about getting a big-screen TV, this one is totally worth it. The picture quality is insane. Everything is super clear and detailed, and the colors really pop. The 4K resolution combined with the QLED tech makes everything look bright and sharp, even in darker scenes. Watching movies on this feels like I’m at a theater. The picture is so good I’ve been rewatching some of my favorite movies just to see them on this screen. Gaming on this TV is next-level. The huge screen size makes everything more immersive, and it’s so smooth thanks to the fast refresh rate and low input lag. Whether I’m exploring open worlds or in the middle of an intense shooter, it feels incredibly responsive. Plus, it’s awesome to be able to see so much detail—I’ve caught things I never noticed before in games. When it comes to sports, this TV shines. The sound quality is poor. I had to get a sound bar with a subwoofer to get decent sound. Also, I hate the remote. You can't just hit a button to go straight to the channel you want or go back to the channel you previously watched. You've added 5 or 6 steps to the process. Very annoying! However, the picture is good.

We had a lot of movie nights and bbq’s with this tv. Then we sold our house and moved states and we brought it with us. We are huge movie buffs and now it’s mounted on the wall in our bedroom. It is so nice!

I have had this TV for about 6 months ago and I am completely satisfied with it. The on-time-to-menu selection-time is less than a second. The apps I use are available and easy to access. Picture clarity and viewing angles are great. Immensely better than the Samsung Crystal line. It costs more than the Crystal, but is worth it. Bluetooth remote is more convenient that a typical IR remote. My only real "constructive criticism" would be to have the pre-programmed buttons to be programmable. I'm not sure if the companies pay Samsung for that, but there are 3 rarely use and 2 of those, never.

Its standout features are its impressive SDR peak brightness combined with the TV's decent reflection handling; this makes the TV quite good in any bright room scenario, from watching TV shows or sports, using the TV as a PC monitor, or playing video games. It's also a great choice to watch HDR content in dark rooms due to its fantastic contrast and good HDR brightness; HDR content is impactful on this TV. For gamers, the TV has 4k @ 120Hz support and incredibly low input lag, although its response time isn't quite good enough for a truly responsive gaming experience when playing fast-moving games.

Samsung recently replaced my TV (it was having serious issues) that was 2 years old and replaced it with a newer model. Wow this new TV is absolutely amazing, it has more bells and whistles than the original TV had. I am 110% satisfied with it. The Samsung support team is premier in their ability to make the customer happy.
