This was my second purchase of this particular TV and I picked it up at the store. The first time I purchased the same was online and had it shipped within two days. After unpacking, I discovered the TV’s screen had been broken and had to repack it and have FedEx come pick it up which they did the next day and I’ve already received my refund from Sam’s. I’m very happy with the TV I chose to pick it up. It has a lot of nice features and a great picture. It was also for a very good price!

Quick and simple startup. Picture is clear, sharp with beautiful color. Easily connected to internet, Samsung account, firestick, sound bar and steaming apps. Totally pleased.

Amazing TV, Samung makes the best Displays on the market currently and I am super happy with this product.

Very excellent tv the draw back is the apps in the app section on the set very limited, other than that it's awesome. Video and sound quality is very good.

Awesome picture and great sound, Dolby atmos is amazing! I've had a 65 inch before what a huge difference Samsung is compared to my last TV. You can get away without a sound bar, I have. Samsung doubt bar with a subwoofer. Instant connect with the ARK HDMI connection. Samsung really is great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous Samsung TV I believe had a great picture. It was 7 years old and was on 16 plus hours a day. I had an accident plugging in a ambience USB led light which shorted out the TV. My new TV's picture is stunning. The remote control is difficult to operate. It uses pictures instead of words explaining the function. I get confused and have difficulty getting out of the menu. But I do love my television .

I've owned this tv for 14 months. Great picture and Samsung plus is a nice perk. Three ongoing issues: 1. The supplied controller is of no value. Its main function is to access subscription services. You cannot go back to previous channel. Controller operation is confusing in accessing sub menus. 2. The Samsung 3.1 sound bar frequently looses the connection to the tv. 3. The tv guide menu is always "loading" with no information being the usual presentation. The tv set is worthwhile. At this price range a useful remote control would be of benefit.

The motherboard failed shortly after one year of use, just as the warranty period ended. For a premium television, this kind of critical hardware failure is unacceptable and extremely disappointing. A product at this price point is expected to last far longer without major issues. The repair cost is high, and post-warranty support offers little assistance, leaving the customer to bear the full expense. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Samsung QLED TVs and advise potential buyers to consider alternatives with stronger reliability and after-sales support.
