This went pink and moldy so fast! The expiration date was the end of October, and we had to throw away more than half of a bag last night. I'm very disappointed. Any wasted food is a waste of money to me. It's not expensive, but it wasn't free. We won't be buying this again.

I use a lot of garlic and this was definitely good value for the price. However, the nearly entire bag molded within a couple weeks. I was only able to salvage maybe a quarter of them. I will repurchase but will store them differently next time by grinding the entire bag and place in the freezer bags until I'm ready to use them.

Most of this bag was moldy and it got worst by the day. Wouldn't recommend.

Just lovely! I buy and put the whole bag in the freezer and just take out what i need 10 minutes before cooking. It last for months and keeps fresh!
