It's really good. I decided to spot clean a few areas before I put it in my carpet cleaner and the spot clean really surprised me. I used straight cleaner and just a little water and lightly scrubbed and the spots were gone. I went back in with water and wiped and no more spots

Smells good but leaves a sticky residue. Had to go over it with clear water numerous times to get it to not do it. Works great a a mopping solution. Just a capful or two in a gallon of warm or or hot water works. Real good. Like the smell it leaves behind

Bottle states that it makes 32 gallons of solution. Stained area rug needed a couple of passes over more heavily stained areas.
