I bought this Member’s Mark Commercial Grade Carpet Cleaner fully prepared for disappointment… and instead, it made my carpet question its entire dirty past. First off, it’s commercial grade, which makes me feel like I should be wearing a name tag and charging my living room by the square foot. This stuff doesn’t politely “suggest” stains leave — it removes tough spots and stains like it has a personal vendetta. Coffee spill? Gone. Mystery spot? Erased from history. Evidence of snacks I swore I didn’t drop? Never existed. It also makes 32 gallons, which feels slightly excessive unless you’re cleaning a hotel ballroom or raising particularly messy children. But honestly, I appreciate the ambition. One jug could probably handle my carpets, my car, and my emotional baggage. Bonus: it’s a full gallon (3.78L), so the handle makes you feel strong and responsible while hauling it around like a very clean superhero. 10/10. My carpet looks so good I’m considering vacuuming in business casual attire from now on.

Used this easy to use formula to spot clean 30+ year old carpet & was pleasantly surprised by the cleaning results & pleasant smell. I plan to go back over the carpet more thoroughly as it did a wonderful job of lifting dirt, restoring some of the original color to the carpet in the high traffic areas I spot cleaned.

This carpet cleaner has a very light, clean scent. It is comparative to its name brand alternative as far as how well it cleans and how good it smells. I have a lot of puppy traffic and the carpets look and smell great after using this product.

This Member’s Mark Carpet Cleaner is a great value. It is commercial grade, without the high cost. It does great on a variety of surfaces. We cleaned all the carpets in our house with it, and also the seats in our vehicles. It definitely removes tough spots and stains. It is a very effective cleaning solution.

I would rate this a 5 star for the following reason, I have used many carpet cleaners for my office which gets alot of traffic with greasy feet from our shop and have never had success removing the stains. This cleaner removed all the stains and left the carpet looking new again! Absolutely love it!!

I really appreciate the quality of this product. It removed some older stains from my carpet and made it easier to get it back to be a nice and clean again. Used this product on my carpet and sofa, and wow!!!! The carpet stain has been here for over 3 years, sofa stain. And now it’s gone. The spot on the couch don’t even know what it is and now gone. The pictures can’t do it justice but buy. Perfect to have on hand to make a batch and clean.

Overall a good product. Tried it to clean up a stain from our dog. It did a really good job of eliminating the smell. I followed the instructions and after two applications it removed the stain. I expected to just need one application which is why I left it as 4 stars instead of 5

I was hopeful this carpet cleaner would work well on some upholstery stains. I mixed the recommended amount of cleaner and water in a spray bottle and then sprayed the stains. I then used my steam cleaner to clean the spots and pull the water out. Initially when the stains were still wet they didn’t look any better, but by the time they dried, the stains were much lighter or gone altogether. I feel like this product will be super helpful with my steam cleaner.
