It’s really good. I decided to spot clean a few areas before I put it in my carpet cleaner and the spot clean really surprised me. I used straight cleaner and just a little water and lightly scrubbed and the spots were gone. I went back in with water and wiped and no more spots

I would rate this a 5 star for the following reason, I have used many carpet cleaners for my office which gets alot of traffic with greasy feet from our shop and have never had success removing the stains. This cleaner removed all the stains and left the carpet looking new again! Absolutely love it!!

So far, I have used this carpet cleaner once on a small area rug and it did a good job. The smell is not too strong, but the cleaner is strong enough to remove stains. I have no doubt that it would work great on larger carpets.

Large jug of carpet cleaner. Good for use in machine or on its own for spot cleaning. Must be diluted. Can use for upholstery as well. Has a commercial cleaner scent. Have not had a chance for a large job yet but worked well for small pet accident.

The Member’s Mark Carpet Cleaner solution is great at eliminating tough stains from carpets, rugs, and upholstery. We were able to clean some longstanding stains from normal wear and tear and from pets. This cleaner works very well.

Its a fine product. It does what its supposed to do. I only tested it and didn't have to use it in real world situation. But it definitely works as advertised. Doesn't smell too bad either. Its probably just as good as a higher priced version of the same stuff.

At first the color was a turn-off but then I remembered blue has a tendency to de-yellow and make things less dingy looking and boy was I right! the solution has a pleasant aroma, not so chemically as others often are. For storage purposes the slender shape fits super on my shelf. While this doesn't affect the cleaning ability, it makes it easier to store than those other round bottles I've used in the past. For cleaning ability, it did a great job on some tough stains and gave an overall brighter look to my living room carpet. Unfortunately the pics I took didn't do it justice so I've not included them.

Product comes concentrated in a convenient jug. The instructions are very vague, telling how to dilute the concentrate but nothing really on how to properly use the product. There is no indication of this product can be used in a carpet cleaner or if it is solely intended to be used for spot treatment. Finally there is no smell to this carpet cleaner. I would prefer my carpet cleaner to have a fresh smell to it.
